Lovely little coffee shop and the vegan sammie and vegan lemon muffin are delicious!

It's a hidden wonderful coffee spot. I think some better outside design maybe mural/artwork to make the area more inviting. Pet friendly, gluten-free products, and great lattes!

This place is really special, with delicious breakfasts, muffins and cookies, a large variety of coffee, everything is amazing. And lots of gluten free options! On top of that this place has the most friendly personnel that gave us the complete experience of excellent service, perfect food and nice music ambiance. Highly recommend!

My favorite local coffee shop. Excellent sugar free drink options and the breakfast sandwiches are much hardier than what you get from Starbucks. I will miss it when I move home! They also have a rewards program for every dollar spent. The vibe inside the shop is cute and perfect for reading a book during breakfast. They have many good pastry options I can’t wait to try.

I love Southie! Their coffee is amazing and keeps me going for my long days at work. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I love their beef empanadas and the breakfast burritos. I continue to support Southie as they are a small business and the owners are locals.

I love Southie Coffee. I usually go to the Seminole location but we were meeting a friend and this one was closer between us. They always have great coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend to anyone to come here. Staff is very friendly!
