Einstein Bros. Bagels

Cute interior, classic combo bagel/coffee place. Wish it had some comfy chairs for seating like Starbucks often does, but you'll enjoy your food and beverage without a doubt!

Always buy when we are in the area. Most like NY bagels around.

I stopped by to get a delicious egg sandwich but was told they stopped serving eggs after 4. I ended up getting a Turkey bagel and a white chocolate mocha. The coffee blew me away! Great barista behind the counter

I had the Reindeer blend, cheery and decadent dark coffee and and apple cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. The coffee was excellent and the bagel was fresh. The staff was great too.

The only problem is the Wi-Fi. It's open, but once your connected you can't browse the internet at all. I had to go back to my 3G connection.

While the food is good the customer service is horrendous. One of the cooks gave my mom and I attitude about dark toasting our bagels and the people who call out the names for the orders throw the food on the counter and barely say the person's name so no one in the restaurant can hear it. Just horrible. Bri is the only worker in this place that actually cares.

My husband and I always have a great time when we come here. The employees here, especially the manager, Lisa G., are fantastic.

Brandy and Patrick are super nice, took great care of me. Had a craving for a seasonal sandwich but couldn’t remember the name. It was not currently on the menu but they remembered it and custom built it for me, it was delicious! It’s the little things like this that can make or break someone’s day and they absolutely made my day.

Bagels are so good and fresh. Also got a blueberry muffin and she gave me one right out of the oven instead of the 2 that were left on the shelf.

We’ve been coming here once a week every week, for the last 3 months, sorry to say after yesterday’s visit, we will never come back again. Oh Patrick, Patrick, Patrick, where do i start with that guy. Let me just say Patrick exemplified bad customer service. He oozes negativity and sarcasm. He gave us such a phenomenally bad experience that I couldn’t help myself but to write about it. If you want the polar opposite of good customer service go see Patrick he will go out of his way to give you a bad experience, followed by many excuses on why he doesn’t feel the urge to give you what you ordered.
