Einstein Bros. Bagels

They make the best bagels went here with 10 minutes to spare before close and got no attitude at all just so much happiness and niceness will 100% be back just cause of service not too mention the outstanding food and coffee thank you guys for the amazing experience

Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Pine Island Rd., NE, Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on my meal and chatter.
I had a regular coffee and a Green Chile bagel sandwich to go. The coffee was very hot getting home and very strong. If I had stayed there I could have had a free refill.
I order a Green Chile bagel club, turkey,bacon, tomatoe, you get the jist. It was a bit burnt and a bit soggy when I opened at home. They had wrapped it in a paper/aluminum wrap. I was suprized it was also a bit spicy. Over all pretty good.
I was also given a very small side of potato salad. After 4 spoonfuls it was gone. It was good just needed more.
Service was just like a St*r bucks.
Basically this is a clone of a St*r Bucks with an added bagel bakery included. The coffee side has it own sandwiches , bagel side it own drinks. Just sharing the same real estate.
So just your average coffee & bagel chains.
No big whoop.

always wonderful service and fantastic food and drink every time for a good price i love it here the staff has recommendations and great manners asking if it's alright if they vacuum while i work on my computer.

Update: Last two times they were out of capers for locs and bagels. The amount of smoked salmon seems to be half what they used to serve when I fell in love with in Miami store. No cream at coffee station. 3-stars

Great place to stop in to sit down for a bit and have a coffee and they have some nice snacks and sandwiches as well. A large list of coffee drinks, smoothies, teas hot and cold. Great place to take a break and catch up on your emails or make some calls. Great staff nice atmosphere☕😀☕

I had a Smoked Salmon Bagel..it was excellent...but...the head office decided to discontinue Salmon Shmear which is a huge disappointment...please reconsider this.. it was a favourite.

The bagels are good. My issue with this Einstein location is that if you do not get there early, there are few bagels left. If I try to order my Bagels ahead of time, they do not offer online the same types of bagels that are in the store. The choices are limited. I have tried to call ahead to make sure the bagel flavors I want are available, but no one answers the phone at this location. Again, the bagels are good but the service at this Einstein location needs more work. The folks there are lovely people. There is just not enough of them 2 run the store effectively.

Ordered Bagels with lox... while the bagels were a nice size and fresh I was disappointed. Being a New Yorker I may be spoiled but I expect my bagel to have a good layer of cream cheese and a pile of thin sliced smoked salmon with capers and onions. instead I got a open faced bagel with one slice of salmon on each side, 3 slices of onion and a few tiny capers. with no schmear at all. Pitiful.

Beautiful place. People are very friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Try the "all nighter" breakfast, it's delicious!!

I'm giving your joint a 1star because it is the only way to leave a review, otherwise I will leave it as ZERO star. We have been coming to this Einstein in Cape Coral since it opened. The bagels have always been good, but the service has ALWAYS been horrendous. We stopped coming for almost a year in favor of Panera Bread which is perfect in all counts. Today we decided to give it one more try. We should had known. The place is freezing cold. The staff (the most we've ever seen) was too busy with their chores to take care of the only customers in the store,us. When we asked about the AC the reply was, "its broken, we cant adjust it", we asked for certain
" inconvenient things", like cream cheese on the side and bagel not toasted. But that was certainly too much to ask because we got it all wrong. Coffee was old and there was no cream in the pitchers.
