The best coffee chain in the city and one of the best places for coffee overall in DC. The Union Market location is pleasant. Combine a great cup of espresso with a snack from another vendor. Perfect.

Had the kanzu pourover there and It was pretty amazing. If you are into good coffee then this is the place to go. But I had a long wait time and the barista didn't even call out my name and I had to look around to find my coffee...the only no so good part about this place.

Guys, your coffee is great. Your eco – container lids are the worst thing for DC since the election of Donald Trump . I have no exaggeration, been leaked on 10 /11 times I have been there from that stupid lid. Dump it for something that works please 🙏🏼

Horrible customer service. They take way too long to make your drinks. We provided a 25% tip and they seem bothered by simple questions such as a sleeve for HOT coffee and napkins.
