Au Bon Pain

Service is very disjointed. One person is taking and making the orders, while the other person ignores you. One cashier when it is busy had to look for her to pay. Food was good.

I've stopped going here because the food quality is extremely poor. I think maybe this location receives pastry and coffee once a week (or less) and just sells that stuff until it's gone, regardless of freshness.

I use to go once a week or so. But just now, I took two sips out of a soda and refilled it before putting lid on it and a lady said “ut uh I’m gonna have to charge you for two”. She was incredibly rude for two sips of soda.

Staff is friendly when you can get a hold of someone. Rolling outage of things at the coffee station: sometimes they're out of coffee, sometimes lids, sometimes cups, etc. It can take time to track someone down to replace the missing items.

Pastries were dry and stale, especially the muffins. Several of the pastries had flies flying inside the pastry cabinets, very strange that the staff were still trying to sell fly contaminated pastries.

The worker mixed up my friend's order with mine right before I said bye to him and went on the train. It's not like it was busy so this should have been done correctly.

Feeling food's taste in style as very well. Ate soup and egg wrap with black beans healthy.

Love this Au Bon Pain location! The main problem is the noise/people traffic because of the open layout in the middle of Union Station.

Perhaps the best brownie I've ever had. Great coffee and a nice oasis in the middle of the busy Union Station. Wifi!

i realy enjoy their soup and sandwich combo but the customer service is terrible ..they are sarcastic and obnoxious ..i dont think they like americans too much..didnt see any on the staff
