Pret a Manger

Our default pit stop . Pret a manger was so crowded . So many people buying their sandwiches and drink. We liked the sandwich but the coffee wasnt that good ..

Love this rest area. Clean .. they follow covid guidelines. Most of our fav restaurants and coffee shop here . Lots and lots of car parking available . Tesla charging stations available . Well maintained washrooms. Only issue is the wait time in all the food places here . Takes for ever to buy a coffee and come back . If not for the wait time , this place is awesome

I would leave a 0 stars review if I could. Coffee is horrible; no exaggeration. Made my coffee wrong the first time and then the second time it was even worse with the addition of a lovely hair. Can’t speak about the food but, the coffee horrendous. Would not recommend

The staff is rude and the latte was terrible. You’re better off buying a coffee drink from a convenience store. Plus way overpriced.

Coffee is terrible!! VERY acidic whether dark or medium roast. The counter person was very kind to replace the dark roast coffee which was not drinkable with a medium roast. So very acidic & with an aftertaste. Not smooth at all! Yuck!
We drink dark roast at home (Mayorga Cafe Cubano) and anywhere we travel. This is the first in a long time that we could not drink the coffee.

All of the vegan were out of stock, which I found out after waiting in line since they aren’t grab and go like the rest of the items. At best, the team offered a shrug. Came to the rest stop specifically for this place so I’m definitely bummed.

They have okay coffee, pastries, friendly staff and decent prices.

My mom and I stopped by the Pret in Newark, DE, USA almost every other day along our hour commute to Select Speciality Hosptial where my dad was being treated for a month.

Without the staff even knowing, they saved countless days when all we wanted was a warm, pick-me-up and something healthy and delicious to bring for lunch.

It was definitely a highlight through a difficult time in our lives and we have so much gratitude. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

My espresso was good (better than at ANY Starbucks) but the raisin Danish was great. No line, no wait time at all, the order has come out while I was paying.

Terrible attitude from cashier!
After waiting 10 minutes in line to pay tells me they cannot accept cash at this moment. Is that even LEGAL?!
