Incredibly rude staff, good lord from the interaction you'd think I had come in cussing about their mothers. Coffee is barely decent. My scone is underbaked and raw in the center.

Despite the warnings in the reviews, we thought we should try this place because of some of the reviews of the baked goods. However the service was just as others have reflected – – poor with lots of resentment on top. As my other reviews reflect, I typically love some thing about anywhere we go. Not here. So sad.

I absolutely love this place, even more so now that I can order pastries to be delivered to my house, as well as the coffee that I always have ordered.
I placed an order on January 23rd and it was at my house by January 26th pastries just as fresh as when they were baked and wrapped perfectly so the Oooey gooey didn't go anywhere near the pounds of coffee.

Notting Hill Coffee Roastery is a staple in Lewes, Delaware. They have an elaborate coffee selection for coffee lovers and a robust pastry selection for those with a sweet tooth. The shop has a cozy vibe yet really vibrant from the continuation of costumers coming in and out. If you are in Lewes and need a sweet treat or a cup of joe Notting Hill should definitely be on your list.

The baked goods are amazing, but the Frappuccinos aren't that good. They are too frozen when you get them, so you have to wait for them to melt to enjoy them.

Good coffee and great, unique amazing pastries. I wasn’t impressed with the egg sandwich which was a bit pricey and was made from either an egg mix or frozen eg patties (not sure it not fresh cracked and cooked eggs). The place is small and crowded as it’s very popular. Worth a visit for the pastries.

Originally went in to see what type of teas they had, but ended up buying a café mocha. It was so so good, and one of the best coffees I’ve had in a while. I added a little bit of cinnamon and sugar which they have on a little side table. I also thought it was so cool that they had a giant coffee grinder, and they were grinding the beans in the front which made the whole place smell nice. They had food as well, and I regret not going there for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop if you’re ever in the Lewes Historic District.

We stumbled upon this bakeshop/coffee shop while strolling downtown Lewes. Store carries wide range of coffee beans/grounds & great selection of drinks.

Great selection and baked goods including muffins scones, sticky buns. To have really give me breakfast sandwiches. They're usually out of 10 minute line outside on the mornings, if they work hard to keep the line moving quickly. Coffee is really good too.

I had a cappuccino and a pastry. The espresso was weak and they only offer fat free milk, not ideal for frothing. Decent selection of pastries and other breakfast options to order. Limited indoor seating was mostly occupied by local seniors who didn't look like they had much else to that day and weren't about to move on quickly. As others have noted, the person behind the register was a bit grumpy but, hey, if you need someone to fawn over you, get a dog. I'll be looking for other options for morning coffee.
