Not sure why anyone would bother coming here. If you ask any questions about where their food comes from, you'll be sorely disappointed. Their "house baked" muffins are just packaged pre-mixed batter squeezed in a pan. Their hummus comes from a jar. Their roast beef comes pre-cooked, pre-sliced. Even their turkey, which they brag about roasting themselves, just comes as a pre-seasoned, plastic wrapped block that they just toss in an oven. Make no mistake, nothing you eat here is even close to being cooked from scratch. When I spend my hard earned money on a restaurant, I expect a little more than dumping premade food out of a box.

Also, celiacs beware. If you order anything gluten free from their menu, it's probably contaminated. They cook their gluten free pancakes on the same surface as everything else without sanitizing and even stack them right next to wheat pancakes and bread. That's just lazy and shows a lack of respect for their customers' food safety.

Another warning sign is the smell. The whole place smells like a dirty grease trap. Definitely not what I imagine when I walk into a cafe. I expect smells of coffee and fresh baked pastries, and instead it's burnt oil and smoke. Had breakfast here and still had the smell in my hair and clothes when I went home in the afternoon. Another sign of laziness. If they can't be bothered to keep the clean their greasy cooktops, think about how dirty the food is.

Be warned. Spend your money at a better establishment.

Quaint & grand menu with options for breakfast & lunch. Enjoyed breakfast there one morning. It was packed, but staff were pleasant & had the food prepared very quickly. Everything was delicous, will certainly be back

Yikes.. not the best. Cold toast, inedible hash browns.. and the biggest thing was chef wearing no mask while prepping our food. Really bad to see while in the middle of COVID. Sorry, won’t be returning :(. But friendly people! Just not good food & no care for COVID.

Like I said on my blog THE WINE SISTERS BOOK CLUB , I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I love it because it's where I see friends and neighors, but I hate it because the food prep is awful and my clothes smell after I leave there. There is no venting and so the food smell permeates the place. Do NOT get the breakfast burrito-- they don't know how to make one unless you're just willing to accept scrambled eggs inside a soft taco shell as a burrito.

I love visiting The Perfect Cup. It's a very community oriented cafe that serves excellent coffee and food in a very relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere. I've never had any problem with the food, the drink, or the service at this locale, and I would definitely consider it a favorite.

I worked at the perfect cup. The owner Andy treats her employees horribly and lies about where the food comes from. While working there I was treated with extreme disrespect and made to work though my lunch breaks. I wouldn't support this place ever at all!!!

Last week my friend went in for her normal iced latte and we are regulars we go in all the time! But "chef" was yelling at her workers who didn't write on a cup correctly and started slamming things around and yelling. While she was slamming a plaque fell off the wall and cut my friend's cut open!!! no one apologized! no one even noticed! My friend had to walk out of there while her ankle gushing blood.

We found this place and absolutely loved it so much that we went out of our way on 3 consecutive mornings in order to eat there. Great menu, cozy atmosphere, delicious food, great prices.

So happy that this place is back in business! My husband and I visited today since it reopened and we are so happy to see a passionate owner who loves his customers and is friendly. We will definitely be back often. Great job, G!
