Very good coffee and pastries. Cool place to hang out. Not everything looked like it was baked the same day but still very good.

It's fine for what it is. Just a solid "Americanized" coffee shop that will appeal to most people. But if you're a purist you'll want to look elsewhere. I had high hopes when I walked in and saw the nice shiny La Marzocco machine, but then when I ordered a traditional macchiato the barista looked at me crosseyed and I ended up receiving some drink with like 6 ounces of milk in it. 🙃

The coffee and bakery selection is great. This is a good place to stop for a coffee with a friend or to do some work, or just grab a coffee. If you like flavored lattes, you will like it here!

I visited this coffee shop earlier today and brought in my daughter I got to say I love the atmosphere and the friendly employee there I’m not sure if she was manager or just an employee but she was very friendly and patient with me Sind they had just recently open there was so much to choose from! Pastries and coffees and teas even smoothies! The prices are fair it’s almost like Starbucks but I think you get more quantity for the money spent that saves you a dollar or so from Starbucks. The pastries are big so they are around $5 but I’d make another trip back. Great flavors to choose from!

First time here, no greeting or smiley faces.
The girl making the coffees had a stank face the whole time, taking customers behind me as if I was invisible. Coffee could’ve been better. Definitely not going back .

Great friendly little coffee shop, but not so small that you can’t sit and enjoy a little space. Tasteful decor, homemade baked stuff, and good coffee. Plus a place to sit and do work, or relax at an outside table.

I started visiting Common Grounds when they opened in Branford, CT and was happy to see them expanding. The coffee is pretty good, better than Starbucks or DD, and the staff is always friendly. I stop by whenever I am in the area. Easy in/out parking lot. Gluten-free options available.

Best coffee I have found !!! Bakery items are fresh and taste homemade. So nice to have a real coffee shop in town. If you haven’t gone there yet , make a point to.

Love the vibe of this café with so many coffees and treats. I especially look forward to the specialty roasted flavors. The staff is fantastic!
