The dessert - banana cake is delicious. It is not very sweet, with a good texture.
However, the coffee here is very disappointing. I ordered the cappuccino with stream milk, which looks the same as the latte. And when people prepare the coffee, it seems like they just pour milk inside it. And the coffee is spilled everywhere.

Nice little shop to grab your morning coffee on your way to work/school/go for a walk. Friendly staff, and excellent assortment of bakery items, and a tasty brew.
If you're looking for a place to set down and work, I'd recommend looking for a different spot.
If you're looking for third wave coffee, I'd recommend looking for a different spot.
Otherwise, this is a great option to get your coffee fix.

Very cute spot, easy drive after an IKEA trip! A few parking spots on the street right in front with indoor and outdoor seating. Also near a park if you wanted to walk over. I got a lavender latte that was very tasty and flavorful. The barista was efficient and polite!

I was driving by New Haven to grab pizza but saw Kaiyden's near by - got the dirty chai and i have to say, usually chai lattes can be very sweet but the one I ordered was not too sweet! I can't wait to stop by again!!

Had a Chai Latte. It was served at just the right temperature where I could drink it immediately, unlike other places where you'll boil off a few layers of skin testing to see how hot it is.

I live next door and was so excited for Kaiyden’s to open! I stopped in today and was recommended their special, which was a pumpkin spiced chai latte and it did not disappoint! One of the best I’ve ever had. I’m so excited to see them grow, and it’s great to have a coffee shop back in our neighborhood again. I will definitely be returning.

Very good coffee and pastries. I had the cold brew and a slice of coffee cake. I have already been back and this place is going to be a regular stop for me because it's in my neighborhood.

Stopped by Kaiyden’s today on our way through New Haven. At first glance we thought they were closed but then saw someone inside and tried the door. Turns out they were closed, but the owner still offered us a cup of coffee. Great coffee, incredible hospitality. We’ll definitely be back. Would give 10 stars if I could!
