The Cafe

With all the great reviews we tried the cafe. It is pretty pricey and the sandwiches were very skimpy. Taste was ok. I guess I expected more. Wasn't worth the effort to go there and $28 for lunch, not again

I had the pleasure of visiting here and had a great visitand the food was excellent. The prices were reasonable considering the historical building and supporting a local business. I take umbridge to the previous reviewer's diatribe. I just can't understand people like that.
I would go out of my way to support a local business ESPECIALLY now.
Visit this wonderful spot.

So so so delicious. I love the Baca house sandwich! They are so quick on orders I consider them high dining fast food. Great for stopping for lunch on your way through town.

There is nothing negative I can say about this place! The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I always have a hard time deciding what to order because everything on the menu sounds so good!

They must have paid friends and family to write these reviews. Portions - small, quality - nonexistent, service - also nonexistent, and they charge insanely too much because they know they're one of the handful of places to eat here. Save your time and money and go to McDonald's. And that's saying something because McDonald's obviously isn't any better. 😒

Excellent sandwiches! It's why we choose to stop here when in Trinidad.

This is a great coffee place! As someone who works from coffee places on my laptop it has everything I love.. lots of easily accessible outlets, a variety of tables and booths, high ceilings and a 'classic' styling from being a repurposed dry goods store that is inviting and warm.

What a great salad and sandwich spot! My wife had the Mediterranean and I had the Miner sandwich...driving between Denver and Amarillo...it’s hard to imagine a better place for lunch.

We love this little place in Trinidad! They have the best chicken salad sandwich, which comes with a side salad. Their coffee is also very good.

Awesome place we discovered in Trinidad, CO.
The guy there is a great barista, if you like cereal while reading a good book this is your place, with a wide array of books and comics, this is the go to place.
