The Cafe

The place was alright. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a decent place to grab a bite and coffee in Trinidad. The employees were friendly, and my wrap and latte we're good. I would stop in again the next time I passed through town.

We stumbled upon this local gem earlier this year while on a road trip. Cannot have been more impressed by the quality ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. Everything was great, ambiance lovely, and owner shows great pride in all she does. Highly recommend!!

I'm sitting here right now enjoying a delicious salad, which is a welcome break after a week fishing with the guys. Extremely fresh, quality ingredients, Covid-smart, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. This will be a regular stop on future road trips.

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way through town. I had a turkey wrap with green chile and she had an open face veggie sandwich. Both were incredibly tasty! Will definitely be back!

The food is great but the customer service could be better. The blond lady behind the counter was trying to rush me into giving my order. I shouldnt have to give my order like it's a fire drill. Being busy is good but it shouldn't make you flustered like it did with her.

Wed- went with out bonez, at 3:20. They said they could not serve me because they were closing they only had doors open for guys outside at tables. I felt not welcomed like day before. You close at 4. Sita restaurant that you suggest i go instead, doesn't do dine in. Guess last time. I don't care for energy
Tues -Exactly what I needed for hot day shopping. Flakey croissant with cool chicken salad and side salad in cool friendly atmosphere. Bathroom is clean, long walk back 😁

$7 breakfast wrap cost me $8.67.... when I asked, I was told the menu sign was old. This is not acceptable in my opinion. Good food, but dishonesty leaves a foul aftertaste.
Also the internet is free, but too slow to be productive.

Waited a while for our food was asked 5 times by 3 people what we ordered. Soup and sandwich was cold when came out. Nice atmosphere thou

We randomly stopped here for lunch on a long road trip and we were not disappointed! It was delicious! Very much worth it! Cute town, great food, highly recommend! We will be back!

This place used to be so wonderful but today's visit was absolutely terrible. They were supposed to open at 9 am; they weren't even close to opening, even when they finally unlocked the doors the staff was unprepared. The drinks we ordered were supposed to be hot but they made an iced drink. She then offered to heat it in the microwave to fix the problem instead of making the right thing. The egg puff, that is usually my favorite, was bland and served cold. The blueberry muffin had a hair in it. Some places have off days and take a while to get their feet back under them and when problems are brought to the staff's attention you usually get an apology and a smile. Not here!
