Las Animas Grill

If I lived in Trinidad, I would have Sunday breakfast here every weekend! Denver scramble was delicious and the sourdough toast was so good. 😋 Very friendly service also. 👍👍

It"s cute and the server / bartender / cashier girl was nice when I saw her. I think they have her spread too thin. I give it a 3 fro pricing. $6.50 for one beer and $20 for a 3 pc fish n chips?? This isn't Vaillancourt. No thanks.

Everything was very overcooked. The burgers that were ordered rare were well-done and dried out, and the fries tasted like they had been warmed over from yesterday. I won't eat there again.

We go here frequently when visiting Trinidad. Nice friendly staff and great service. Last time we went my husband got shrimp etouffee. He was disappointed because it was like a runny soup.. He said it was ok.

I'm obsessed with their tacos! Every taco delivers a bold, yet complimentary punch of flavor. Pictured are 2 salmon tacos and 1 buffalo chicken.

If you are traveling a distance and come upon this restaurant.... it definitely isn't worth what you will pay. The waitress was so sweet and amazing but the food was very dry and lacking of flavor. They also were out of most of what we asked for. This was not a great experience for someone touring the area. But it's okay if you're supporting your local business.

Food was good enough, not great. Ordered nachos for one of the kids with cheese sauce but it came with green chili which was too spicy. Need to specify that on the menu. Friendly staff

Fresh ingredients, good food! They made a minor mistake with one of my two carry out lunch orders earlier today, which oddly enough helped me choose between 4 and 5 stars for the rating. They forgot the French fries with one order, and replaced them with 2 orders of fries. However, it was the fact that they went above and beyond to deliver them before we were finished eating. We shared the one order of fries while we waited, and the replacement order and bonus order showed up in less than 5 minutes. What prompt service! And the food was far above average quality. Thank you Las Animas Grill staff, 5 stars all the way!
