The Coffee Cowboy

Great coffee, great service!! I loved the oat milk Cubano... def one of my favs that I highly recommend. Baristas are all amazing 'n deserve a lil bit of patience when it's busy. They having me coming for the coffee, 'n then coming again for the cowgirl!!!

After being a Barista for several years, I know a good latte and what I like.This was the best iced latte I've had during my travels through Colorado so far. The customer service was great.

I really wanted to like this coffee! The atmosphere was cute and relaxed and the view is gorgeous if you can find a spot. Ordered a latte with a little bit of vanilla and it was a disappointment, not cheap either. I can only speak for my latte though! They have a bunch of other stuff to offer!

Favorite stop before our daily walks. Great location and wonderful lattes.

Had the decaf americano - quality. $5 min to charge.

These girls serve oat milk lattes like it ain’t no one’s business! The cowboy ladies know how to make your favorite desired drink with lightning fast speed and perfect precision!! You won’t want to go anywhere else. COWABUNGA Y’ALL

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Coffee Cowboy. Some of the most splendid baristas in town, and the drinks are just ever so delightful. Worth the trip to Telluride alone.

In line before 5, standing there for a few minutes, barista can clearly see us. Opens window at 5:01 and says sorry we’re closed. Could of either told us when we got in line before 5 that they absolutely wouldn’t serve us but she didn’t. Went next door to other coffee shop.

A handwritten sign for breakfast burritos says burritos...veggie or sausage. I ordered veggie burrito and it has eggs. It didn't list ingredients and I assumed veggie only. No refund for me. The girl making the orders was not friendly. They charge extra for certain creamers...while does that?

I've been here several times. They do not print out a receipt for you(for those who have meals reimbursed). It's a good place to go . Some of the staff is kinder then others. I am a local and I do recommend this place!!
