Amazing food. Super friendly staff. We felt like family but ate like royalty! I highly recommend stopping here!!

Just had a fantastic experience here. The salad was great, the portions were huge and the fried green beans w/ranch were awesome. The staff is super!

We usually enjoy coming here for breakfasts. But since the owner passed, it has gone down hill. Our food tasted burnt and dry. We still go just to show our support for the family.

On my bike ride from Toronto Canada to LA, got off highway to gas up and found this place by accident, what a great place! Great staff! Enjoyed the coffee and sweet potato fries and the whole atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. This is a far cry from impersonal chain restaurants popping up every where theses days. Hope they keep doing well. I happened to sit under the framed poem and picture of Caesar, a young staff who passed away July 2018, brought tears to my eyes and was happy to see he, a staff who worked there, was remembered well and honoured.

Hidden gem of a place. Much bigger inside than what it seems so don't get discouraged by the outside appearance. Super clean, great service and breakfast was amazing.

J and L Cafe was really good. Evening that I had this morning for breakfast was good, and the prices are good as well. I will have to return so I can try lunch and dinner items. Give J and L a try, you won't regret it.

I was blown away how good the food and service were. Just stopping by on a drive home from camping looking for a warm meal - was surprised by an amazing selection. Vegetarian friendly.

They were Great!!! Plus they were giving out 2 pc chicken meals for FREE from 2pm to 3pm.
