This establishment has the best breakfast/lunch options in the whole village. The staff is friendly & bright. You can tell the food is made with a lot of love. What a great way to start the day.

I’m knocking a few stars off because while last year they were open early, this year they have a hard time opening before 8am. They’ve got a ‘will return at 07:30’ sign though its currently 7:46 and a large group is standing outside. This has been consistently the issue all week. More than half the crowd left to First Chair. This place is losing business.
Original Review:
Amazing breakfast spot. Visiting Snowmass for a couple days and Fuel was a short uphill climb from our rooms at Stonebridge. Each morning we walked over and had a great breakfast.
Thanks to Covid, only 2-3 people were allowed inside to order to-go food, though there are outdoor covered tables and ledges to eat at. Once you have your order in, head back outside and within only a handful of minutes they will call your name and hand you your food.
Turn-around was very quick, lines evaporated in no time, food was piping hot.
Very good coffee, amazing breakfast burritos (potatoes cooked perfect). Breakfast costs were half what my hotel was charging. We visited every single morning that we were in town.

Just had a very negative experience there. Firstly, there's a large sign on the door that reads "Please wait outside after ordering" I was out there for a good 10 minutes like a fool before I realized the staff had just plopped it on the counter. I ordered one of the breakfast burritos, it was mostly a flavorless blob of eggs, but I'm fine with that. The real problem was the 2 long black hairs within. Waste of 8$.
GO TO TASTE OF PHILLY INSTEAD

Extremely rude and petty. Locals go to First Chair or Sam’s for breakfast burritos, where the food is better and the prices are cheaper. This place used to be owned by a local kid, but he sold during Covid. The entire old staff all quit within the first season. That should be sign enough to go elsewhere. These people took over the listing and did not earn the rating listed. I called in my order 15min ahead of time and when I paid they told me that they don’t do change under $0.25. That’s fine. My total was $9.05 (a lot higher than the old place but I was trying to give them a chance). They refused to take $9. They made a huge deal and had to talk to the manager because they refused to round down 5 cents and required me to round UP 20 cents. They made a huge stink about it and then made me wait to give me my now cold food until every single other person was gone. Never again. This place ruined a good thing and doesn’t care about the people. Nickel and dining every customer.

Fuel Cafe is a delicious breakfast and lunch spot in Snowmass for an excellent price! You have to go for breakfast and try their bagel sandwiches. My wife got a bacon, egg and cheese one and I got their hummus one and we both loved them. And you can't miss out on their smoothies as well! I got the banana blue and my wife got the green smoothie and they were so refreshing and filled with wholesome ingredients. I went back for lunch and got their vegan sandwich with sweet potatoes and avocado and it was incredibly tasty and came with a bag of chips. Everything was very well priced considering the location and it's a must-visit place in Snowmass!

Good cafe in the Snowmass Village mall. Dark roasted coffee. Awesome selection of breakfast foods and a good looking lunch menu. Limited season. We went during the start of snow season and it was jammed. Rad spot for chilling when you have some down time. Also- VERY friendly! Even though the line was out the door the guy working the register ran through it fast and with a positive attitude!!

Wonderful spot for a quick bite before hitting the slopes! Great burritos, smoothies and bagels. Best of all the owners are top notch warm and inviting, would recommend highly!

They do everything right here. Food is great, drinks are on point, and they have all kinds of options (including oat milk for your matcha lattes). All the makings of a top notch cafe.

To the previous owner, all the locals know who you are, we miss you. Fuel has been sliding down hill ever since you left, both in quality and customer service. This place just isn't the same anymore.
