We were very impressed with this sandwich shop. Our sandwiches were perfect, just like I would have made them at home. I had a mountain club and a brownie with peanut butter cream (awsome). One sandwich can easily satisfy two people for those with a smaller appetite.

Too many good options for sandwiches when you lunch at Sweetie’s! After examining the menu for a couple minutes, it became increasingly clear I’d need to return to try a number of things that seemed interesting.

Decided on the Flaming Goat, the Eye of the Tiger, and an Elvis Bar.

Everything was delicious, out quick, and the service was great.

If I had ANY criticisms, I’d say they could ask guests if they prefer a pickle with their sandwich. Tomatoes were listed in my sandwich’s ingredients, so I asked for none. However, I wasn’t made aware that pickles were going to be included in my sandwich wrapper. I’d have preferred to not have that either. I know most like them, but I can’t really stand them! Pickle juice anywhere near my sandwich is a bad day for me. Sorry!

WOW! I just had the best Ruben of my LIFE. AND I've been to KATZ'S DELICATESSEN in New York City. The Ruben I had here was better than that! It just melted in my mouth and I couldn't wait for the next bite. Everything tasted fresh. The pastrami was so tender it just melted and exploded with flavor. The staff here are so NICE! This place is a real mountain town surprise to find such a deli of such good taste! We will definitely come back this summer!

Wow just wow!

Greatest sandwich I've ever had in my life. Not a exaggeration at all. If you're in town try this place out.

Stopped in after a hike. Got a chicken salad sandwich, jalapeño chips, boylans birch beer soda, and a gingersnap cookie
sandwich… they weren’t joking on that dessert! It was delicious. Chewy and sweet. Balanced out the savory chicken. Go check this place out. Good value for what you get and they are ready with recommendations. Parking is limited so prepare to add a few steps to your daily total.

Half of Salida was here to get a sandwich the day we stopped on our drive to Denver. Fantastic sandwiches, quickly made, with a friendly staff!

There was a cheerful atmosphere and kind attentive staff our food took a bit to make but that is typical of real food sandwich shops. The Vito sandwich was tasty but rather spicy.

Excellent sandwiches...if you are hungry , the whole sandwich is great, but they do have halfs.

This is the best place to eat in Salida. The sandwiches are amazing. It’s always good, super consistent, made with love and the staff is so friendly. The baked goods are also incredible. The peanut butter cookies are the best I’ve ever had anywhere and I know my way around a peanut butter cookie. The Sunday brunch is a favorite as well. Eat like a local! Eat Sweeties!

Arguably the best sandwiches in Colorado. I am a vegetarian and usually a sandwich shop is not the first choice because options are limiting and boring. This however has a lot of options and every one is delicious. Friends have said their sandwiches with meat have also been incredible.
