Really wanted to like this place. We stopped on a road trip, ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids and two salads. It took nearly 30 minutes to receive our order, so we thought the food would be amazing. It turned out to be a very simple order...very basic sandwiches and salads served on a paper plate. Should have taken 5-10 minutes, tops. Oh well.

My wife and I visited Pagosa Springs for the weekend. We had breakfast here Saturday and a wonderful interaction with the owner and another guest. Sunday we tried a different bakery. Food was average and overall disappointing. We actually shared with another couple thinking of going in to head to Boulder Coffee Cafe instead. We stopped in on the way home for a cup of coffee and Cinnamon roll for the drive home.
The owner remembered us from the day before and there sat the couple we met earlier who thanked us and said they were thoroughly there breakfast and atmosphere there.
This is the best place to go for coffee, breakfast, and atmosphere. It has it all.

Only complaint was my chai wasn't hot, more like luke warm. Would definitely come back again. We ordered the breakfast wrap and biscuit sandwich. Homemade biscuit was fantastic. Wrap also came with veggies!

We went here because of all the great reviews however I have no idea why they had such great reviews. The food was mediocre. The was staff was small and not efficient. They took 30 minutes to microwave 2 pieces of day old quiche that was not even fresh to begin with. On the patio outside, the trash was overflowing and bees were everywhere so it was really unpleasant to eat outside. For a place that claims they cater to tourists they don't know how to be fast and efficient to those who are traveling and on the road.

Good little Cafe!! We were passing through on business trip and had to grab some coffee and breakfast on the way out of town. Coffee was good, breakfast was a little plain. But you could tell things were made fresh. And we love giving back to local community.

Had a great experience
, great coffee and the bagel sandwich was delicious! It did not take long at all. We came inside to order and they brought it back to our car. We will definitely be back.

We tired several different coffee shops in Pagosa Springs and this was the best coffee as far as these Floridians are concerned. Excellent brew and friendly service. We'll be back next time we're in PSCO!
