The grilled cheese was delicious, the winter squash soup was tasty and nutritious but didn't quite hit the amazing mark. The staff was super friendly and the space is great too.

Very impressed with this place. The breakfast sandwich with bacon was the best I have ever had. The blend of flavor was just perfect. The service was great. And the place was comfortable and roomy! I'd recommend trying them!

Full kitchen in the hand of a team who knows how to use it. Superb roasts and coffee menu that shows intimate creative mastering of fun and customers experience. This really is among a short list of beat dinning options in a tiny like ttle town. With the canyon construction, you'll want to keep salto in mind for your next 4 hour lay over. .I was pleased

Nice space and good gathering spot in Nederland, with a fire pit outside, good coffee and beverages. Food menu is small, but dishes are tasty.
There is parking next to the cafe and across the road is a small lot.

Most definitely will be returning anytime I'm in the area! Great coffee, latte was amazing as well. Keep up the good work place is great!

Good Cold brew, a little strong, but good. They were very friendly with a great atmosphere. Love this town, hope to come back one day

Salto is amazing- beautiful space, high quality food, really friendly workers. It's a little pricey, but so is everything up in the mountains. It's special.

I ordered 3 veggie tacos 🌮. My boyfriend added a side of killer corn 🌽 beans and refried beans and rice to split with me. I can only eat one taco at each meal, so very delicious! The muschrooms and sweet potatoes are amazing. The seasoning is fantastic on all three, third on being a cactus 🌵 taco. The taffy & wine are a bit expensive, however, still delicious 😋

Love their food but they DO NOT have a dedicated onsite bathroom!! They have been telling their customers to use the Porto potty across the street (not on their property) and it is sometimes broken!
Coffee Drinkers beware!!!

Golden milk with oat milk was delightful. Service was super friendly but be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order as they take great care to make it fresh.
