Salto Coffee

We LOVED this coffee shop. The chocolate banana bread was so good, we got an extra for the road. My boyfriend and I wished we lived closer so we could visit more often.

Really great coffee house, with a wonderful mountain vibe. Everything I love about Nederland in one nice package. Crafty coffee drinks and menu. Warm, welcoming staff who make you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. Great outdoor seating with plenty of shade. Nice indoor space with plenty of seating.

This place was amazing! The service was excellent - baristas were friendly, helpful, and kind. The coffee was great. The raspberry almond scone is one I will definitely be returning for -- one of the best scones I've ever had! Delicious and a great spot to chill in the sun on their outdoor patio.

A great stop on a mountain drive. The turkey sandwich was great as was the local beer on tap. Plenty of seating inside and out.

The breakfast burrito with house-made sausage was top-notch. The iced coffee was delicious.

The shift lead or manager was rude, and her latte left a lot for the imagination. I accidentally forgot to put my mask on, and was rudely reminded of that the second I walked in. Then she proceeded to speak condescendingly to the nice woman who took our order about how to properly label the drink orders in front of us. We joked that she acted like a Starbucks manager. It’s just coffee!!

Great vibe, lots of outdoor seating, will definitely be back and hope the shop manager remembers we are all trying to deal with a global pandemic and if she feels so utterly powerless in her own life, not to take that out on her employees ever, and especially not in front of customers.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING YOUR OLD DELICIOUS BURRITOS BACK THEY WERE PERFECTION. THE NEW CHEAP ONES SUCK TERRIBLY. I AM HOLDING THIS REVIEW HOSTAGE. YOU HAVE CHOSEN QUANTITY OVER QUALITY SHAME ON YOU SALTO.

Came up from Boulder, tacos are worth the trip! So much contents and a great price! If you bike up it is a perfect place for a snack before your ride down. Cactus and barbacoa were both amazing! The coffee and snacks are also good for the location. Everyone was incredibly nice and they had great recommendations for the food as well!

This coffee shop is lovely. The staff are nice, down to earth people who are easy to have a conversation with. The drinks are fantastic and they can get pretty artsy with the foam on the lattes. I had a pastry of some sort, but cant remember what it was... but it was a chocolaty coconut dessert of some sort and it was absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend this coffee shop in the heart of this beautiful little mountain town to anyone passing through or visiting. It is a hot spot in town though, so it can be a bit crowded.
