Salto Coffee

Loved this place, I felt like I was in a little ski town, out enjoying the weather and beautiful Rockies

This was an ok place. The coffee was good diner coffee, the food was premade and not customizable. No real good choices for people with food allergies like me. I ended up with the only thing I could eat which was overnight oats. It was thick and filing. My husband had the meat lovers burrito, but it didn't have everything in it that it was supposed to. We left full, but weren't overly impressed. We would go back, but just for drinks in the future.

Great coffee, great food and a great staff who are always super pleasant and helpful. Also, their new chef is great. The gluten-free lemon lavender muffin is to die for.

Very tasty specialty grade coffee, live the decor and ambience too. They often have a nice single origin roast available for your drinks which is a treat to see. I'll be back here often!

Great coffee​, big, open feel, indoor & outdoor seating. Great place to refuel or just hang. Vegan options.
Couple years later: Still 5 stars. Love Salto. It's become a destination. Lovely folks, dogs can hang out on the patio, completely chill vibe. Excellent food & drink.

I wish there was a way to double the amount of stars here-Salto is an incredibly special, magnificent place. My husband and I have loved it since it opened years ago, so much so that when we decided to get married, we decided to ask them if they might be our venue. From that moment forward, Salto ascended into the stratosphere for us. They were so kind and supportive, from that first conversation, to our sad decision to delay a year thanks to COVID, to the final joyful event. Not only is the place itself spectacularly beautiful, the staff is kind, attentive, and flexible. And to top it all off, their Arnold palmers are legendarily good. I really can’t recommend Salto enough, from their spectacular breakfast burritos to their magnificent venue capabilities. It was truly a dream come true.

Didn't get any food here, but the coffee and Chai tea were fantastic. Well flavored and nice and hot on such a cold day.

Everytime I've been here, have had great coffee and food. Great stop if you're looking for a break after a few hours into a motorcycle ride or looking for breakfast after camping. Staff is laid back and friendly in my experience.

I've been a long time frequent customer and this place has always been an absolute hidden gem, always worth the drive up from Denver.

Unfortunately they recently overhauled their food menu, partnering with another place and it's very middling and forgettable to say the least. Took away a lot of the charm and can't say I'm excited to visit anymore. The coffee, drinks, and pastries are still excellent but please do something about the food! It's such a letdown.
