COFFEE LAB

We had an awful experience here. The barista appeared to be completely under the influence and had trouble communicating with us while we ordered. I asked him for an iced espresso, and after trying for all of 2 seconds to scoop enough ice into a cup for me, he sighed, and said "yeah... I'm not doing that." So I was not served, because he was too lazy to scoop ice. As long as this person works here, don't waste your time, just go into town to get coffee.

10 minute wait in line, 20 minute wait for 4 lattes, unfriendly staff, and the “lab” offers minimal customization on an already narrow selection of drinks at a higher price than Starbucks. Would never go back to this place again.

The coffee here is divine. I always get a latte but my friend is obsessed with the nitro cold brews. Staff are friendly too! Can’t go wrong with pastries from Mountain Oven.

Not owned by Vail! Great spot for a snack and some coffee near the mountain.

Really enjoyed the nitro cold brew, I get it almost everywhere I go and it was one of the best. Hardly any wait even though it was a bit busy, and the convenient location is hard to beat. Will definitely come here to work again.

Every time I visit CB, I always come to the Coffee Lab! Tried and True.

Even better this Christmas they allowed my wife and I to bring in out Dog Lucy!!

Excellent Customer Service

Perfect traditional (European-style) cappuccino. Went here every day we were in Crested Butte and happy it is part of the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory.

Way over priced for the breakfast burritos they offered. Not worth $7.50 it was very dry. Breakfast burritos don't cost that much unless its served fresh and smothered in homemade green chilli. Make the food taste worth it's high price.

We didn’t stay. Our experience included really unfortunate customer service at the counter when asking for food and being told “It’s all out”. We understand that when it’s busy it can be sold out, so that wasn’t the problem. Please think about tone/and non verbal signs when you’re speaking to customers.

You have responded very badly to a costumer about the schedule here in google when you should also have to change the schedule on your website. You don't open at 7am. the weekends
