A cute little cold brew bar. I tried the cold brew flight and it was a fun and creative way to try new cold brews. Conundrum is also located slightly outside of the busy areas of Northern Colorado meaning there isn't much of a wait time either. It's also fun to be able to see their roastery which is in the same building, and there are vey comfortable seats to have a quick morning meeting or to get some work done.
That cold brew flight is delicious. I loved it. Second visit here now. First time was a rushed stop, although the espresso I had was really good too. I’ll be coming back regularly for this cold brew flight. Great location. Lots of parking. Nice space inside and very friendly staff. Don’t Panic cold brew might be the winner for me!
Amazing coffee roaster and beautiful tasting room. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Nitro cold brew was incredible. I was trying to decide on a bag of beans for daily home brewing, so they hooked me up with a specially curated sampler pack! Wonderful service. You will not find fresher coffee anywhere. I just bought a new bag, it was roasted TWO DAYS AGO. The Don't Panic Blend is exquisite. Support local business and get some of this great coffee!
I dropped my car off at Safelite at the north end of this business park. My 7 year old, my 12 year old and I were waiting for mom to come get us, so, we strolled to the south side, by Conundrums entrance, so our ride could easily spot us. We had planned to go inside to get some cold brew (very hot day), but the sign said "tasting room closed, by appointment only." We sat, in the grass, about 15' away from their entrance, minding our own business to wait about 15/20 minutes. That's when a female employee came out and VERY rudely let us know that "this is a business, and we cant be here. Safelite has space for you to sit. You can go there." I looked at my kids confused, they looked at me with the same confusion. So as I gathered my kids, she stood there, watching us, to make sure we left. Again, the whole time, being overtly rude in language and manner. This is a business park in the middle of nowhere. The sign on the front door said "Tasting room by appointment only". There was no foot traffic, again, middle of nowhere. I would have been happy to move, and not leave a review, had it been handled like we were humans. We moved two doors down, employees from that business walked by consistently, greeting us and making friendly chat. I've never had Conundrum Coffee, and I never will. I grew up in family businesses, and I could never imagine anyone who was a part of those businesses asking a dad with two kids to kick rocks. I'm leaving 2 stars because in fairness, I know nothing else about this business, nor do I care to. One employees bad attitude and poor social skills is all it can take.
I visited Conundrum for the first time over the holidays. I picked up a light to medium roast Ethiopian coffee to take back with me. (I live in N. Africa.) The roaster working and his mother were both exceedingly lovely and knowledgeable and a real pleasure to meet. Without intending to sound overly colonial, their coffee is a touch of civility in a world of burnt dregs. It is so nice to wake up and have the best cup of coffee in the country from my kitchen. I can't thank you enough. Additionally, I can't say when I'll be in that part of the world again, but it will be a very sad day around here when my Conundrum runs dry.
This is a great coffee shop. It has a lot of ice teas, coffee and sells craft items and soaps, books, game boards and the whole shop is comfortable. The owner Bob is so friendly. I felt at home. When you go in, tell Bob we said , "Hi".
I was looking for an expert in coffee when I met Megan. She helped me fing the perfect roast and was a great resource for coffee education. I am looking forward to the opening of their tasting room.

Espresso is A+.
My daughter and I love coming here!
She gets her coffee(ice) and I enjoy a Cortado. Very clean tasting room and the baristas are kind.
We call Conundrum our hidden gem.
