At Home

This was my first visit to this store. I appreciate that I was greeted by several employees and asked if I needed help. I loved the large variety of home decor items. Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not available for the item I was seeking to purchase. I'll buy it online instead. It was nice to be able to put my hands on several items and verify the quality and size before I make the online purchase. I'll be back to this store once my other home projects are completed.

Big variety of indoor and outdoor furniture and home design, very spacious store.

Great store with easy access in a very busy area. This store has everything you need for the home. It is clean, well shocked and the staff is very helpful. I stop by just to check the clearance items. There are always new mark downs and I have snagged some great deals.

Store had large empty sections. I suspect for the seasonal transition. Only one staff member made an effort to interact with us despite them being everywhere in the store. I was just browsing so it wasn’t a big deal. Nice selection of pretty much every house are you can imagine. Some items felt cheap despite pricing, but there lots of items on sale. Over all, an ok experience.

I love this store. It has everything. So many cute things I don't need 😄 I'll be back for more stuff.

This place helped me a lot in getting my home decorated. It has a lot of knick knacks and small decorative items that you just won't find at other places like Target or Walmart. It also has a larger selection than Home Goods. I was trying to buy items that fit a specific color scheme and this place had just what I needed. I will be using this place from now on for my decor needs.

I was an At Home manager years ago in another state. Let me start by saying this At Home was horrible. I would never have allowed my store to look like this...ever. Dirty floors, dust covered product on shelves, out of place items clearly show no recovery being done nightly, boxes upon boxes of furniture opened and parts all over the place etc. 2nd, I counted 7 different employees throughout the store at 3 pm during my visit. The eldest and most senior member of the staff was running the one and only register in operation while the line had 9 people, 6 of whom had shopping carts full, and this poor older woman was struggling. It wasn't her fault. It was the other 5 employees that had a birds eye shot of, and direct walk by of the register queue and did absolutely nothing.

This manager needs to be disciplined and possibly demoted or retrained. He/she is not advocating for a good shopping experience in this store.

Went there looking for a dining table and chairs, selection was poor and didn't seem like good quality. But, as usual, the wife still spent over $100 for misc items. Place was almost empty, we were able to park near the entrance and checkout with no wait.

This store is the cleanest, and most organized store I've ever been in! The shelves are stocked, and I loved how they how so many furniture set up on display!

My review is the customer service received from Holly herself! She was very informative about the product here; She also had great recommendations on what items to stage your home with. Each time I will go out of my way to get serviced by her. I love the props at her station as well. You can tell she puts all her genuine self into servicing others. At Home should be grateful to have an employee like Holly!
