Buchi Cafe Cubano

One of my local favorites here in Leadville! The staff are always friendly, the avocado salad is delicious, and the mojitos are best in town! Yummy sandwiches!

I got an Aye Conyo and it was delicious. the pulled pork was nice and juicy and the pickle and mustard helped cut the pork. I was a little worried the ham would over power the other stuff but it went great. Great sandwitch! Although 14$ is a little pricey for just a sandwich its was pretty good sized though.

Wow how unbelievable for this Florida boy to find Cuban coffee and amazing Cuban food at 10,000 feet. What a thrill and absolutely amazing food and the coffee was just like home. Well done.

A very solid sandwich and one that is hard to find even in the whole of Colorado. I love a good Cuban and this place it definitely worth a try if you do too. Although some might say it’s a little pricey it’s worth it.

We have had an unforgettable experience every single time. Amazing food. Gram always has the best customer service I've experienced in colorado. Everyone should eat here at least once. Life changing. Coffee is also amazing and margaritas 😁 Love you guys!!!!

A breakfast sandwich at McDonald’s is going to be half the price and 5x tastier. Got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich here for eight dollars and couldn’t even taste any bacon!! There wasn’t any flavor at all in the sandwich. I’ll stick with breakfast sandwiches at Leadville’s gas station next time.

Excellent Cuban food. Bit busy when we first arrived around 2pm. So we just wandered for 30 min and came back. Would definitely have the Aye Conyo and the Cuban Coffee again. Great service with a smile. Enjoyed it
