Cuban coffee in Colorado? Yes and it was excellent. The food smelled delicious but only had the coffee.

The wife and I were visiting Vail. Since it was the off season we asked some locals places to drive and see.. we drove around to some close small towns including Leadville. It was around lunch time and we stumbled upon Buchi. We're standing at the corner and something smelled great, and we see this place so we decided to eat lunch before heading back down the mountain to the resort. What an amazing pleasant surprise. Food was ridiculous good. I used to live in Miami Beach where you can find Cuban food on every corner. The food here was as good or better. We got their empanada, and the Cuban sandwich. Their sauce was so good my wife said if they sold it by the bottle she would have bought it and I agree. The empanada was so flavorful it didn't need the sauce. The Cuban was as authentic as you can get. Absolutely must go! 👌😋

Great little place in Leadville. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful outdoor patio to sip coffee, devour lunch or breakfast while enjoying the small town vibe and the fresh air. Food is amazing! Cuban mix with a cortadito is what I ordered and was not disappointed. A definite must try if you are in the area. I can't wait to go back.

Everything was outstanding! The prices were right for a Cuban mix sandwich and an avocado salad, and the food was delicious! There was also covered and open air seating. Only down side was they don't carry any diet soda options, but don't let that stop you from enjoying this place!

The Aye C***o was amazing! It’s a bit pricey for sandwiches… but it was soooo tasty! Definitely recommend if you’re in Leadville and you like a sandwich with a teensy bite… they also have non spicy sandwiches too…

My wife and I journeyed to Leadville and stopped in here on our way into town. We are always down for a delicious cubano so ordered the cuban mix and was not disappointed. We enjoyed it so much we even stopped back by on our way out of town and tried the aye conyo and was equally as pleased.

The sandwiches are great. My wife and I had two different sandwiches and both were a Cuban style and we both loved them. The staff was very nice and the patio outside was a nice place to dine. Will go back next time we stop in Leadville. Worth the stop!

Cafe con leche coffee and Aye conyo sandwich was really good but the price was on the higher side. I would definitely call this an underrated place and will try it again.

Love this restaurant!! When headed up to Cache Creek we will always stop here for coffee and authentic Cuban food. Tastes like home.

Stopped by for lunch and had a great experience. The people are super friendly, and the food is really good. Also a fan of their desserts, one of the silkiest flans I've ever had and the caramel sauce was absolutely amazing! Recommend this place to anybody!
