Buchi Cafe Cubano

Consistently good food at speed and adds variety to the suite of available food in Leadville.

One could wish that they would add more to their menu beyond sandwiches but that's their shtick and it works.

Unexpectedly great Cuban! I am from Florida and have also had a "Cuban" in Cuba and know what I'm talking about. The coffees looked good too and I only subtracted a star from my rating because I really wanted a diet soda and they do not offer any.

Had a cafe con leche and chorizo, egg and cheese sandwich and they were both really good. The chimichanga is excellent. Definitely recommend this place if you're in Leadville.

This place is super outstanding! Hopefully one day they will add to their menu yellow rice, black beans, chicken, pork, and plantains! I've been told that the owners are happy with what they have. I've been hearing from other people though they would like the same thing.

We stopped for lunch at Buchi Cafe Cubano and had the Cuban Mix and La Bodega sandwiches. Delicious!!! I had a Buchi Cuban coffee and my wife had the Cafe con Leche and both were outstanding. Our server (didn't get the name) was very friendly and efficient.
This is a place to visit again.

Good, solid lunch sandwiches, but they weren't anything special. The bread was delicious and the filling was well distributed but I just wasn't wowed. Would still have given four stars but quite surprised by the canned pineapple juice. I expected fresh juice, given the general pricing of the menu and the nice environment of the place. I also think rather than the plastic bottles of water, it would be better environmentally, financially, and aesthetically to instead set up a water refill station. Tell customers they can fill their own water bottles but also offer cups for those who prefer them.

We were passing through and stopped here for breakfast and Cuban coffee. It did not disappoint!! We got one pork and one chorizo bfast sandwich and two coffees. When we finished we ordered an ice coffee and two Cuban sandwiches to go for the road. Great customer service as well!

Best Cubano I've had. It was perfect. Just wish there was one closer to me in Denver.

They have great Cuban food and coffee. Love this place.

Guy at the window was pretty rude and almost bent my license in half (he was definitely at least 10 years younger than me, so I'm not sure why he felt the need to examine my ID so closely as if I were underaged, or why he thought bending it in half would tell him it was fake, but nice detective work.. you got me. I'm 31). Then we paid $30 for two "margaritas" that didn't even contain lime juice. This place isn't good.
