Excellent breakfast sandwiches! I got the chorizo.

The wait was a bit long for breakfast sandwiches, but the outdoor atmosphere is great and it was overall a good experience!

P.S. their Cuban coffee was surprisingly good too

Wonder food and friendly staff plus hot house accomodations allowed us to enjoy and a great 'outdoor' lunch.

Sweet plantains were exceptional. My pork sandwich ( Pan con Lechon ) was just right and the La Bodega was also excellent blending the turkey, avocado, and tomato for a nice juicey flavor between the pressed roll.

Check them out when you can.

Absolutely Fantastic. Best Cuban coffee and sandwich I've had in years. Who knew they were hiding 10,000 feet in the air!!!

Stopped in for lunch. Had a chicken empanada with chimichurri sauce. The empanada was freshly made and delicious. I also ordered rice and [black] beans, which was nicely seasoned. The melt-in-your mouth flan was perfection. Friendly, young staff running the front of house. Comfortable, campy interior with an outdoor patio as well.

Had the La Bodega and damn that was a tasty sandwich. The key lime mayo is awesome! But on the pricey side, but it’s also in the mountains. Excellent food!

Delicious sandwiches!!! I definitely recommend Buchi Cafe Cubano. We got lunch here, and they had fast service (even when they were slammed on a holiday weekend). They have a large courtyard of outdoor picnic table seating, covered porch type seating, as well as fully indoors seating. Very unpretentious, casual and comfortable. Perfect place to sit and enjoy a beer or two on a sunny day.

So glad we stopped here by accident. The best coffee cortado I've had and the delicious chorizo patty in my panini set me up for the day! Photo is a view from the outdoor seating.

This open air cafe has awesome Cuban food. We had pork beans & rice and empanada with chicken and chimichurri sauce, AWESOME. I'd buy a gallon of that sauce if I could. Next time we are in town we will be eating there again. Give it a try if your in Leadville. You won't regret it!

Stumbled upon this great place for breakfast and lunch. So good that I had and egg, cheese and avocado sandwich for breakfast and then came back for a Cuban Mix sandwich for lunch!

Great place to stop by for lunch. The sandwiches are pretty good & very filling. I love that they have a vegetarian option. Drinks are awesome too. Highly recommend this place!
