Got a recommendation from a local and was super glad that I did. The sandwiches are excellent and the Cuban coffee was delicious. I also love their minimalist approach to serving everything. Very environmentally conscious. I'm from Ohio but wish that I had a Buchi locally. I'll be back on my next trip to CO.

Small, but lovely restaurants in downtown Leadville. I got their Aye Conyo with a Buchi Colada. Sat down and enjoyed half the delicious sandwich and took the rest to go. I stopped in a couple of times while staying out in Twin Lakes and will definitely stop in when I need a quick full meal.

Incredible breakfast sandwiches on home made bread, fresh and delicious ingredients. A good vibe with indoor, covered outdoor, and outdoor seating. Perfect for skijoring weekend! The front desk guy was so polite.

I'm Brazilian and I got married in Colorado and at lunch time we stopped at this restaurant and it was a great experience. Home style food, very tasty and the hospitality of the owner and her son were very friendly! Highly recommended.

I’m so glad we chose this spot for our meal in Leadville! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. And they gave us complimentary water bottles! Service was incredibly good; what kind staff here. That roasted pork is out of this world. Loved it.
Oh, and it was so fun and warm eating at the little greenhouses!

Man oh man was this food good! I had the Cuban sandwich and the Shoyu Ramen. The Cuban was perfect, crunchy, cheesy, meaty goodness. That bread is to die for! The ramen- wow was I shocked at how good it was! Noodles were chewy, broth had fresh mushrooms, and the pork melted in my mouth. The egg was perfection! What a great addition to the food scene in Leadville. Support this local business because their food is phenomenal!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Leadville! The sandwiches are delicious, the empanadas are tasty, and my kids loved the beans and rice! My favorite is the pan con lechon. The people who run this cafe are so friendly, too!

The service was fantastic! These folks are doing a great job adapting to the COVID environment. Outdoor seating AND outdoor seating was specifically set up inside constructed green houses so everyone had a warm space and still able to enjoy seated dining

Way overpriced for Cuban food. $8 for 1 empanada. $14-16 per sandwich. Food is pretty decent but at these prices it’s not worth it
