Buchi Cafe Cubano

This place ROCKS! We LOVED the Cuban sandwich, and we loved the empanada. It was slightly pricey in my opinion but well worth it!!!!

Such a wonderful place to be stuck in the rain. The staff was so accommodating moving heat lamps to help warm us up when we were soaked. Not only was the food amazing and super quick to get to our table but our waiter checked on us often to make sure we were ok. Would definitely recommend them for food and hospitality and will be returning.

Fantastic food! I got a pressed breakfast sandwich with chorizo, and my mom and dad got the turkey avocado and cheese pressed sandwiches. Every bite was amazing. The flan was to die for. Extremely friendly service!

We were looking for somewhere to warm up while we were waiting for dog sledding and so glad we found you. Super friendly and tasty hot chocolates and sandwiches. Would definitely recommend

Being from Key West, FL, I've had really good Cuban food and this place is right up there with them. Food is amazing as well as the coffee. I highly recommend eating here if you're ever in Leadville.

Service, food and coffee were excellent! Went back the second morning just to get our Cortadito. Will certainly stop buy again when in town or passing through. Wish the Denver location was still open. Keep it going in Leadville! <3

I'm not a foodie so this was my first Cuban sandwich. I must say, I have been missing out! I had the Cuban Mix with Cuban roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles & onions (no mustard for me Thx). It was so delicious, but now I wish I would've had the Aye Conyo. Admittedly I was a bit intimidated. It has all the above plus turkey, pepperoni, hot peppers & key lime mayo. Yup, I said key lime mayo! Next time though. Might have to take a trip up to Leadville just for that reason. Anyway, if you're in town definitely indulge yourself. To bad for the pizza joint I had my heart set on that just happened to be closed on a random Tuesday, but great for my taste buds & tummy! Lol

Super friendly service, and fantastic coffee. I make it a point to get a coffee here because it is so good! Ice coffee is also fantastic here and the sandwiches are perfect for a brunch type deal. Definitely will be coming back for more
