Big Shooter Coffee

Generally I love this place and stop here often when returning to Denver from Steamboat. Last weekend however, one of the employees was wearing her mask on her chin and two customers were holding their masks in their hand without being asked to comply with the rules posted on the door. When the employees are flouting their own rules it makes me concerned about what other shortcuts they’re taking regarding cleaning and food safety given the current pandemic. I hope to update this review to 5 stars in the future but on this visit I left without buying anything due to safety concerns.

For starters service was literally perfect!! Secondly, they have vegetarian options for breakfast burritos, which by the way are exceptional. My husband always LOVES their coffee. Quick, friendly, and delicious.

Their breakfast pastries are amazing. Very friendly, hardworking staff makes great coffee drinks. The inside is very spacious, there's always room to sit down and the drive through is very convenient.

Good people serving good coffee. Barista was super nice and they let me hang while my car got towed into town. Real uplifting after a long day. 11/10 would recommend

Fast and reliable service with a friendly inclusive environment. The lady who helped us gave us wise advice in regards to our hiking adventure. And they use fettuccine noodles as stirring straws instead of some sort of waste product. Great job!

Best place for ice cream and Joe (coffee) before #steamboatsprings

This place is awesome! Right off the main road in town and has great coffee and a wide selection to boot. Fantastic homemade baked goods make a great compliment to any drink. It also has wifi and the local newspaper on hand every day. I would give the lattes a try on your next visit.

Very pleasant people working there. The coffee is much different then we are used to, but it grew on us, the croissants were delicious. We will stop again on our next trip here.

I've stopped at Big Shooter a couple of times on my way north. It's one of my favorite coffeeshops. They have great coffee in a really cool environment. Their specialty lattes are great, and I love the race bibs and skis on the wall.

Always stop in here on my way to or from steamboat springs, Glad to have it there. Great coffee and pastries.
