The Rose Cafe

Great service. Waiters continually check on us. Food was excellent. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with potato salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife ordered the chicken salad which not only was huge but fresh and delicious. Large side of dressing not a small whimpy dressing side. We had the bread pudding for dessert which was wonderful. If you are ever in Ignacio NM you must stop here for a meal. Our bill was $35.01. Will return here if ever in Ignacio NM again.

I had lunch today with my wife and we are both very pleased with the food (I had the Southwest sandwich and my wife had the chicken fajita salad). Portions were generous and staff friendly and attentive. We were passing through Ignacio on our way from the southwest and found this place to be a small town treasure. I recommend that you make this place a stop on your travels.

This place is horribly for a dinner after work..was there at 6 pm one other couple waiting and we were refused service because the waitress said there was no time for us and other still haven't got their food...Don't waste you time driving there...This is the 3rd time this has happened to us..Guess you got to know some one there to get served..Go else where...

IFound this place two weeks ago. The menu is varied and has something for everyone. There are so many things I want to try.

So far I’ve tried the Country fried steak and the beer battered fish basket.

If you come to Ignacio Colorado, I definitely recommend The Rose 🌹 Cafe. The staff was nice, and they have delicious Mexican food. It's a great place to bring the family.

Best green chili burger I’ve ever had, margaritas were delicious too, and you could tell they make them fresh to order (I’m a bartender so it takes a lot to impress me). Service was spectacular (thanks Joe). Got a look at the kitchen when I was walking by and it looked very clean, cooks were all wearing masks and gloves. 10/10 would recommend!

I do my best to support you all through this pandemic - we eat takeout way more than we should! Tonight, was amazing! We truly appreciate the great care you are taking to respect the rules, and the local community! We appreciate all you do! I know it has added extra steps, and difficulty to your jobs but tonight you all worked graciously, professionally, and kindly - your care for your patrons and community was awe-inspiring! AND the food is always good!! Thank you, for being the restaurant that goes the extra measure - if it was begrudgingly, it didn’t show. I felt like I was somewhere that respected us and the community risk. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

THIS. PLACE.IS.AMAZING
The food is homemade,quick and so much value for your hard-earned money. Eating out isn't something that we can treat ourselves with often, but there's never guilt of an amazing meal for the family. Take out or dine is fabulous.The staff is so friendly, I don't want to rave too much and overcrowd my favorite place but they deserve 10 stars.
