This has got to be my favorite brunch spot of all time. The corned beef hash is out of this world and their poached eggs and hollandaise sauce are always perfect. Takeout is great but their indoor dining area is also very enjoyable. Quality is so consistent. Endlessly grateful for this place!

Fresh food that is constantly delicious! Breakfast burrito and benedicts are my go to dishes.

If your looking for good old fashioned biscuits and gravy DON’T eat here. The cooks are trying way too hard to be avant-garde. I’m not sure what the biscuit was, other than it was red and very, very dry. The gravy looked like poorly done Thanksgiving gravy and I hope the chunks that were in the gravy was sausage. The potatoes were reheated, tasting like they were made yesterday. The 2 eggs were great, but it is hard to screw up eggs. All in all the dining experience was extremely disappointing. The young lady that took my plate didn’t even notice that I left more than 80% of my meal on my plate, when I was in the business, if I saw that much food left I would have asked if there was a problem, service has changed and customer service is poorly done these days.

I am a frequent customer at the French Press especially at the Yosemite location. I’ve always had a great experience with all my visits at the French Press, which is why I was really disappointed today. Jess, the manager was our cashier for today and we didn’t feel welcomed from the start. She didn’t greet us and seemed very annoyed during the entire time my family and I were ordering. From there, we just wanted to quickly make our order because we didn’t feel comfortable. We also didn’t receive a number card, so Crystal (who was really sweet to us) didn’t know who she was taking the food to. From there, we received our food, but I realized the Turkey Melt had bacon and apologized to Crystal and asked her if I could get it remade since my religion has strict dietary restrictions around pork. Crystal let me know she’ll take it back and ask. After a minute, Jess approached our table and said all they can do is take the bacon off but it would be the same sandwich. I let her know that I can’t eat it like that because the bacon still touched the sandwich and she said that’s all they can do. So I let her know I don’t want the sandwich anymore because I can’t eat it when there was bacon touching it. After a few minutes, I approached the cash register and asked Jess if I can get a refund for that meal since I can’t eat it. She told me she wouldn’t be able to refund it and it’s not fair to her or her team that I didn’t catch that there was bacon. I completely understand that it was my fault for not catching it, but from the very beginning, Jess was very rude to us, and again we just quickly wanted to make our order so because we felt uncomfortable, therefore it completely slipped my mind to ask for the bacon to be removed. I tried to explain my side but she wasn’t willing to hear me out and again stated she can give me back the sandwich but they wouldn’t remake it and I wouldn’t get a refund.

I am a Muslim and when pork touches our food, we can no longer eat it because it goes against our dietary restrictions, which I explained to Jess. Again, I own up to it being my fault for not catching the bacon being on the sandwich. But, the experience we received from Jess was very unfortunate and unprofessional and her lack of sensitivity towards my religion and why it wouldn’t be ok to just take off the bacon has made me want to discontinue my visits to the French Press. And it’s even more unfortunate when it’s the manager that acts this way towards my family and I. On the other hand, Crystal was really sweet to us and continued to check in on us to make sure we were ok so I am really appreciative towards employees like Crystal and her kindness.

I had the chorizo biscuits and gravy, which was gross and somehow dry. It was very hard to eat, almost chalky. It was overpriced for the quality of food. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Tough day at the Press today. huevos rancheros were bland and the mood as less than upbeat

Madalyn Johnston

Manager was extremely disrespectful and disorganized. Messy uncleared tables and she harassed high school students who were quietly trying to enjoy there lunch.

They are great quiet little spot. My family loves there food. Try the shrimp and grits!

One of my most favorite places. We get this delivered almost weekly and it's always amazing. Love eating in, too. Simple, yet so delicious.

I visited this location recently and need to mention an interaction I had with your fake barista that morning. I ordered coffee and simply asked where the sugar was because I couldn't find any.

She pointed over to the "coffee stand" that had sugar and whatever else. The same stand I didn't notice because there was a line of people blocking it. I also didn't notice it, in general, because I was so tired that morning, I even mismatched my shoes.

A few minutes later, I sat down with my sugar and coffee, right in front of the barista station and overheard her talking about me to a waitress.

Fake barista: She just asked me where the sugar is. (Proceeds to laugh)

Waitress: Over at that big stand right there. (As to say I should have noticed)

The food isn't that good and your fake nice service is even worse. The both of you know exactly who I am and I remember the both of you very well. Take it how you want to.

You guys didn't deserve the tip my partner gave at the counter. The fact you ask for tip before service is ridiculous. She shouldn't have tipped for the unprofessionalism and fake service we received.
