Milano Coffee

I live about an hour away from Milano Coffee but was recently in the area for an all day work event. I arrived early to beat traffic and get some work done. On my trip up to Centennial, I managed to puncture my tire. By the time I got to Milano, it was done for.

A man, whom I am assuming is a regular customer, informed Annie (the owner?) that my tire was really flat. Annie immediately came to tell me. She and a fellow barista proceeded to help me tremendously. After figuring out there was a Discount Tire half way down the road, Annie offered to follow/lead me over there in her car to ensure that my tire didn't blow out completely on the way. Needless to say, her customer service was excellent! I should mention this was at barely 630am!

Although it was a small act of kindness, I appreciated it immensely. I will definitely be visiting whenever I am in the area. I recommend that you do to.

Very tasty coffee and pastries! Big menu and everything tastes really good! Lovely patio and friendly service.

Wonderful people. Great hot chocolate. They still use the Peaberry crunchy chocolate sprinkles that I love. I would hate if they went away. Edit 9-13-20. No more chocolate sprinkles. Now it's like every other coffee house.

I have been coming almost daily for 2 weeks in a row. I have tried their herbal tea selection, Americano, Dark Chocolate Mocha, and Dirty Bhakti Chai. I have also ordered Gluten Free & Dairy Free pumpkin bread. I have not been disappointed with any of these choices. The free wi-fi is reliable. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have lactose free and dairy free options for cream/milk as well as raw honey as a sweetener.

Best independent coffee shop in town! Have been in same location forever. Friendliest staff, most comfortable atmosphere, reasonably priced, and great coffee.

I finally took the time to come here last week (I pass it nearly every day driving to and from work) and I was not disappointed. Not too many coffee places in the area do speciality drinks like blended chais, so I’m glad I took the time to stop by! Looks like I have a new regular coffee shop I can go to during my commute.

Everyone that works here is always so friendly, even fellow customers are always in good spirits. A very positive environment, with delicious baked goods and the boba is absolutely out of this world!

Great coffee shop and friendly/helpful staff. I was having work done to my vehicle nearby and needed to study for school. Great little coffee shop to study, chat with friends, grab a great cup of joe, or snack on some delicious treats. Will visit again for sure.

Oh boy is their coffee good! I try to buy a full bag of there dark roast coffees anytime I'm near the area. The Caramel Crunch Latte is simply amazing.

This became the go to spot when we are at work. Right off the highway and close to DTC. My friend fell in love with their spicy chai because unlike Starbucks it’s not overly sweet and just perfect. Support small business!
