Up and coming! Delicious coffee. Lots of choices for the coffee lover. Latte is wonderful. Vanilla latte is a bit sweet for my taste, but if you prefer sweeter coffee drinks....then this is for you! The regular latte was wonderful for me. Lemon bars are BEST ever. The owners are very personable. Support our local downtown! It is a treasure!

You can go anywhere for an amazing cup of coffee, but it's all about the people serving that amazing cup of coffee. David, Jonathon, and Jacob have worked so hard to build a community centered around a good cup of coffee. You can order your classic vanilla latte or try a new roast on pour over. Pretty awesome!

Nice atmosphere. Love the friendly baristas. Has a calm, unrushed feel. Coffee selection (menu) is a bit smaller than many coffee shops I've been to but what they have tastes good. I like that it isn't super busy. Feels homey.

These baristas are some of the nicest people in town. They have gluten free pastry options, the price is right for the coffee, and great art for sale. 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious! House made vanilla flavoring! House made chai!! What!? A must place to visit!

This is a tough review to write since I normally love coffeehouses and try to support them whenever possible. Independent coffeehouses are an important part of any community and we should spend our money there when possible (versus the corporate chains). But Kiln is a 2 star at best....its like walking into a hospital exam room. The light is glaring, the walls are bare, the furniture is sparse... the whole place assaults you with a very intentional minimalist sterile vibe. Aside from the antiseptic environment, the coffee is good, the service is friendly, and the prices are par with the other coffee joints out there. I just wish the owners would choose a different non-white paint color, dim the lights, put some big art on the big empty walls, and get some comfortable chairs or something. Until then, swing and a miss, sadly.

Not your typical coffee shop. This is where they make you feel at home. The staff here are seriously some of the most giving and amazing humans I've had the pleasure of meeting. And of course their coffees are just as amazing! Try a pour over, you can't go wrong there. These guys and gals truly know coffee!

Kiln is my absolute favorite coffee house in Grand Junction. From the delicious roast, to the warm and inviting atmosphere, this place is the perfect location to relax and read or focus and work on a project. Also they make one of my favorite vanilla lattes of all time.

When kiln opened I thought it was great. It was a quieter place to get a coffee but the last few times have been terrible. It seems like the focus is more on being trending and hipster then actually just making a decent drink. I would probably choose any other place to go in hopes of a better drink

Friendly service and noticeable efforts to make this a nice place. Overall somewhat lacking in atmosphere largely due to the glaring overhead fluorescent lighting and general empty feel of the space. Some comfy chairs or couches and some softer lightning would go a long way to improve the comfort level. WiFi was very slow and it was hard to get any work done. This place has promise and they have pleasing design elements, just needs a few more steps to compete the whole concept and make it an enjoyable place to spend some time and drink some coffee or tea.
