Fan-freakin-tastic!! Truth be told, I walked in here for the first time with a chip on my shoulder. I wasn't mean to anyone, but I was having a really rough start to my day. An unexpected 8hr drive during winter in/out of the mountains can have that effect.

First and foremost, the coffee is on point- "we make it Strong." The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, and checked on me regularly though I was dining by myself. The food was perfect. I ordered the country fried steak and it didn't even require a knife. Their gravy is delicious, and I used it to make a biscuit and gravy 🤤. I stayed for an extra pour of coffee, and people watched. Great customers. I overheard a gentleman praying with his family before eating. Love this place. And completely changed my mood for the day.

Super cool buffet style when we dined. Staff was very friendly and food was awesome. I do not normally do buffet style restaurants but this was very refreshing. A+

Best breakfast buffet experience I’ve ever had! My wife and I were camping nearby and woke up to a rainy 37 degrees. We decided to come get a hot breakfast and this place was incredible! Very nice staff that clearly enjoys what they do. It’s a mom and pop restaurant that delivered a homemade breakfast buffet (available Saturday and Sunday) we stuffed ourselves on! The buffet included scrambled eggs, a huevos rancheros casserole that was delicious, breakfast potatoes, sausages, ham, bacon, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and a couple kinds of green chili - and that’s just the entrées! Their desserts were just as plentiful - cinnamon rolls, 5-6 kinds of pies (lemon, banana, cherry, chocolate-orange, apple just to name a few). They had scones with butter and jam, turnovers, coffee, lemonade and an orange drink. There’s also pico de gallo, hot sauce and other condiments. We were totally stuffed and warmed - didn’t mind paying $20 per person on this day. The cat decor they’ve accumulated shows this place has been here a while, and the food explains why. Outstanding!

My friend and I stumbled upon this place passing by the area.
We had quiche and omelette and they were the bomb!! Also definitely try out their homemade hot sauce

The food, service, and atmosphere were all top notch! We ended coming on a day that theybhad the breakfast buffet so we got to try a little of everything. My favorite items were the Scotch egg and the huevos rancheros casserole. We will definitely be back!

A delightful cafe in a large timber building.
I had pancakes which were some of the fluffiest I'd ever had.
My only constructive feedback is they need to start offering espresso based coffee. Not everyone is a fan of the diner style brown water that some Americans call coffee.

Absolutely wonderful café in Granby! The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and makes you feel like you belong and the food is EXCELLENT!

If you are looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Granby I can't recommend The Fat Cat Cafe highly enough!

This is the cutest cafe ever. Wait staff was great, the food was delicious. Typical county home-style diner fare. Would go back, especially for the baked goods.

Showed up for breakfast and it was buffet day. A blessing for us, we got to taste so much of the menu and everything was delicious. You can feel the love they cook with. The pies are out of this world. Comfortable environment, great helpful people working there. 10 out of 10 recommend.
