Great food and cute little place! It was super busy when we were there because everyone have been stuck in traffic on I-70, but even with just one cook / server / cashier, everyone move through quickly and the food was awesome! We would definitely stop here again! They even had gluten free pizza which was a blessing for my son with celiac who was afraid he would have to order another salad😂

Really enjoyed our first visit. Place is small but cozy, very fitting in the scenic little locale of Georgetown. Owner was very friendly. We loved the pizza...nice crunchy crust all the way through, generous toppings and a great flavor (we tried the supreme). Sure we will be back.

They are truly welcoming people. I had a few of their thin crust slices. The quality and speed of service reminded me of my years in Manhattan.

Surprisingly good pizza for a hole in the wall place that doubles as a cafe! The Greek pizza is amazing! Take your pizza up the street to the brewery!

Visited 8.28.21. We had a custom pizza made up so that my wife and I could get exactly what we wanted per half. The pizza crust was EXCELLENT! I suggested to the cook that they make a garlic knot or similar out of the dough, as it was that tasty. My wife and I shared the Caprese salad which too was excellent. The salad featured a large (4oz or so) ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, kalamata olives, campari (sized) tomato wedges, and a tasty balsamic vinegarette dressing.
According to the staff the restaurant had only been open for a month and a half, but they kept the name of the old restaurant that occupied the space before them. The menu (when we were there) was salads, pizza (whole pie or by the slice), sodas, Italian Sparkling waters, and cupcakes. The staff did say they were planning to expand the menu soon though.
The pizza (whole and/or slices) are made to order and take about 25-30 minutes to prepare, however the pizza is definitely worth the wait! They make the best pizza in Colorado!
I have already told several people about this gem, and plan to return soon.

Great little hole in the wall cafe. Stopped here on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park. Only one man working the counter, but worth the wait and prices. Food was made fresh and steaming hot! Ordered the smothered breakfast burrito and can’t wait to go back and eat it again! Salsa is quite spicy, but if you can handle some heat it is definitely worth it!

Great little pizza place I ordered a calzone from Oliver and it was bigger then my face plus it tasted great too! Would definitely recommend checking it out for pizza or coffee anytime

Sooo cute, quaint, and delicious! I went to this cool restaurant right before getting on the Georgetown train/Mine tour. We were able to get two meals with a drink for $12, such an awesome value. The coffee was one of the best I've had and the biscuits/gravy is to die for.
