Mountain Mamas' Needful Things

We were heading home from the mountains and saw this place had great reviews so we decided to stop in. I’ve never felt more unwelcome. It’s tiny and we were trying to find a spot to sit down, and two separate groups of people (not sure if they were customers or staff) treated us like trash. They were rude and very unwelcoming. We left without buying food because of how uncomfortable they made it.

The food is simply amazing. Like top 10 of my lifetime. Major kudos to the chef, she is masterful. We’ll be back next year!

Great gem in Georgetown! I hate to leave a review for fear it will get over run with too many people. Fabulous menu and delicious coffe/lattes!

This store is a delight and the employees are even better! Be sure to treat yourself to a coffee cake and chocolate pastry while you're there!

Delicious food & drinks, I got the chicken salad sandwich and peach iced tea, so good! They have a beautiful pet friendly outdoor patio in the back with grass & next to rushing water. Wifi works great. Get some alcoholic jams and the picketed jalapeños, they are incredible!

A must stop if you're needing some breakfast/lunch. Homemade food. Chicken soup was great. Nice goods and jams to buy. Bit pricey but to be expected for a small town. Worth the stop to support the business.

My boyfriend and I took my mom here on our trip to Georgetown. We have been here once before and loved it. We are so happy we took her. I think it was her favorite place we ate on our trip. We had our dogs so we needed a place with outdoor seating. They have tables right next to the river which was so nice to eat at. We got our food really quickly for how busy they were! Their food is so quality and fresh. Everything was so tasty. We got soup, sandwiches, coffee and a lavender lemon scone (my favorite). The ladies running the place are so sweet and nice. We even bought some stickers from their shop, they have some cute things. Will definitely be back when we are back in Georgetown. Wish we lived closer :)

The egg and chicken salad sandwiches were both great. It's a nice quiet place to have lunch.

This place is the jam. The ladies who work here are genuinely the nicest people. We work across the street here and eat here all the time. They portions are big! The food is fresh! Delicious pastries and a great little back yard next to clear creek is great to sit outside. Love me some mountain mamas
