Overall: Aspen is a great choice if you are looking for a leisurely coffee stop in town.
The good: Great ambiance, outdoor seating, free WiFi, and most importantly, great coffee. The staff is friendly and the food is good (not mind-blowing). It's a simple place with a simple menu, and sometimes that's okay.
The not-so-good: A little expensive for what it is. A basic breakfast sandwich and coffee costing as much as it did was a bit of a shocker. And, unfortunately the food took a bit to come out.

Coffee and bagel sandwich were delicious. Barista was very friendly. Only reason I am giving it four stars is that the Front staff at point of sale could have been more friendly. Great customer service is so important and it is always appreciated when it happens.

This coffee shop is awesome. I love their cold brew and the fact they serve wine at night. Recently, we met the owner and his daughters who were helping out. They could not have been more friendly, was an awesome experience.

Fun, relaxed atmosphere! Nice selection of wine and snacks. I had the Cheese and crackers with a wonderful Merlot. I really enjoyed the interaction with the sweet, knowledge staff!!
