Abbey's Coffee

Great coffee, fast service, tasty baked goods. The grumpy older lady behind the counter keeps me from giving five stars. The young gentleman who also helped us was very pleasant and helpful.

If I wanted a frozen breakfast burrito that was microwaved, I would’ve gone to a gas station.

I came in on Sunday and got a bean burrito, One of your staff with a curly perm hair, did not cook the burrito well and made me sick! He was rude and very disrespectful. I recommend you talk to this man and train him better .

Great coffee shop with an awesome small town local feel. It's nice to get a real coffee shop experience with good brews and nice atmosphere. In the city I frequent Starbucks a lot, however you won't see me ever stop at a Starbucks with Abbey's Coffee nearby. Did I mention they have breakfast burritos, bagels, and pastries?

Staff works hard and works quick, but still maintains such a nice and helpful attitude. I work in a busy coffee shop as well so I certainly appreciated how great the service was. I had one of their burritos, which was pretty good. The mexican mocha I received was the belle of the ball, however. I NEED to learn how to make it myself! There wasn't much room outside for us to sit but that just speaks to how popular and loved this little coffee shop is. The area inside was very cute and cozy, anyway. I'm from out of state and will be missing you!

One star because I cannot go lower. Staff was extremely rude. The owners husband was behind the bar and was a joke as a barista and has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in summit county. I did not want to ask him for a little extra ice because of how he yelled at my girlfriend when the cashier wrote down the wrong drink for her. Plus they were out of everything to eat when I went in in the morning. When we contacted the owner she told us her husband gets that way and that we should probably just not return. For this being in a huge tourist destination and getting this kind of treatment is a joke. 5 thumbs way down. Will not return. Would not and will not recommend it to anyone.

Great tasting coffee/cappuccino. Fast, friendly service.

I met the owner Abby when I was here and she had such a great attitude. Tried a few of their new teas from South America and was very pleased. I also had one of the fresh blackberry muffins and it was perrrfect. I love that the bathrooms are gender neutral it makes for such a friendly environment.

Disappointed. Their expresso drinks are a poor substitute for the real thing. Cappuccino was watery froth on top of milky coffee. No "La Crema" at all.
