Good, locally sourced drinks and friendly staff. BUT the service is so slow! Its a drive-thru coffee shop that has an operational speed like a local diner on a busy Saturday morning. Just on observation but it seems to make a single drink the staff has to go every station in the little shop they're all bouncing into one another. Someone needs to remake the line, follow the processes, and improve the efficiency.

I am SO impressed by the quality of service and drinks this place provides. The baristas are all very kind and personable and are willing to walk you through the drink options. I've only been here 3 times, but every experience has been great and it seems you can't go wrong with any of their menu items. Big thanks to the guy that helped me today (I should've gotten a name!). I will definitely continue coming back here.

Love the Human Bean, particularly this location. The baristas are amazing, they get your drink out quickly and correctly. They are always friendly, patient, and extremely helpful explaining different drinks and options. My daughter and I have recently confirmed that we are lactose intolerant and everyone at the Bean has been so helpful in helping us recreate our favorite drinks in dairy free options! I used to LOVE the Human Bean. I've been going there for their coffee and friendly and fast service for the past FIVE YEARS.
The past year they have declined in service, and the drink is delicious one day and watered down the next.
Change something. Don't make me go to Starbucks 🤮

Love this place, I stop by twice a week to pick up a caramel latte for my wife and the staff is always friendly but professional and they all seem very happy. I keep coming back because of the service and quality of the beverages

I love love love coming here. The coffee is consistently good and the service is awesome! I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the purple hair was totally awesome! I would way recommend this place over Starbucks or large coffee chains. 😍
