When they’re busy it doesn’t matter to me. I’ll wait the few minutes.
They are still quick considering sometimes the line is out of the driveway.
They always have someone out in the drive taking orders and my drink is ready when I pull up to the window during the super busy times.

$12 for two medium coffees is asinine. I’ll buy a pound of coffee instead of waiting 20 minutes to be fleeced

The vendors you speak of, from what I understand Morning Fresh Dairy owns Human Bean so if your vendors have increased prices it is because you have decided to not necessarily because you had to. An over 150% price increase in less than a year is not how trickle down economics works, neither does that theory necessarily either. In any case you still have not impressed me with your explanation or your coffee which the barista screwed up despite me paying an exorbitant amount for not the coffee I ordered. Call me crazy owner, but you know you're charging way too much for coffee

Oh we love this place! Whenever we are able to get to Fort Collins, there are always several stops to get our favorite drinks. The girls are always friendly, fast and really know their coffees and tea's. The hot chocolate or frozen hot chocolate is Fantastic! I would highly recommend this shop!

This place is always busy because this place is terrific! My wife and I are diabetic and they can make just about any one of their signature coffees with much less sugar, heavy cream or milk. They have many, if not all, of their syrups available in sugar-free as well! Their drinks are not too hot and come with a chocolate covered Coffee Bean, if you want.
Be sure to ask for their loyalty card and get it punched for every coffee or drink that you order.

I love this place. Location doesn’t matter, they are all great. Great food and drinks. I love their lavender lemonade. That drink is very hard to find in Colorado!! And they are always super nice!

I love the coffee here! It’s always good and there are tons of selections! What truly makes this place stand out though is customer service. All the employees are very friendly. Even though this place is usually busy I never feel rushed and the service is always top notch. The very first time I went here I told them it was my first visit and they gave me a free drink coupon for my next visit! Today when I went the car in front of me had a large, complicated order that took a while to make. When it was my time to order they apologized for the wait, then filled up the rest of the punches on my card for my patience. They have good promos if you follow their Facebook page as well! I love the Human Bean!

I come here all the time and love the friendly staff and great coffee. But today 3 young children walked through and were served in the drive through. I understand covid policies have closed down the walk up window but children walking through the drive through doesn't exactly seem safer.

Drive through ONLY! It's my FAVORITE coffee place, hands down. I've never had anything there I didn't enjoy, I've even gotten my non coffee drinking husband to try a few things that were "actually not that bad". I love it and even when the line is crazy, the girls come out and take orders so the line speeds up. Can't recommend them enough.

Used to be my favorite place. Changed the lids. Said it was more environmentally friendly. I am down for all of that. But the manufacturer of the lids have an increased amount of plastic for the lids. It is that you want to add less to the drinks. That is fine as well. But remember consumers go to a place because they enjoy the product. Just be honest with us. I used to drive out of my way for the drinks.

The Human Bean is a drive up coffee shop. The staff is always helpful with questions asked. Each time I've been helped the person that took my order was genuinely friendly not a hurry up thanks person. I love their customer service and Coffee!
