Always love chatting with the baristas here! This Human Bean location has so many wonderful, personable employees that are eager to assist you or suggest drinks that could change your world. First time. Not a flavorable experience I would say. Coffee felt more like milk. I could not feel the coffee flavour at all. May be I did not ordered the right drink as per my taste

Slowest drive through in larimer county. The fastest I’ve ever seen them take care of two cars is 20 minutes. Do not come if you are on your way to work. The workers don’t understand how to do their job and will make you late for yours.

Edit: they did contact me and gave me a 15$ credit on the app and I appreciate that very much. Went on 11/27 around 2:20pm and paid 15$ for a 32oz Red Bull infusion. Will not go back again. I ordered it frozen 10$ didn’t know it had dairy in it and so I told the barista I would rather have it iced so no dairy then he charged me 5$ more to do that. Kinda ridiculous.

I wanted to try the Human Bean because I have never had it before for myself and my mother in law. I was super excited. I ordered a medium mocha and medium Chai. I asked for whip cream on both. I think they overestimated how much they should put because a huge amount of the actual drink was missing. The whip cream melted by time I got to my mother in laws nursing home. I know that whip cream melts but I was shocked by how much drink was actually in our cup. The first photo is the Chai and the second is the mocha.
Human Bean reached out to me to get more information about my visit and to receive the photos I had taken (I couldn't figure out how to add them for a google review). The manager was very nice and apologetic about the experience. They went ahead and sent me a gift card in the mail to make up for the experience. I would highly recommend this location you will have a great experience and in the event that they are unable to make the experience great they will make it right.

They were so so incredibly nice and the second the line began to build up, baristas came out to take orders and get it going again. My drink was amazing and they were so friendly!

They were all super nice. it was my birthday and when my Mom was singing one of the employees started singing too. When I got my drink it said "Happy birthday ♡ -HB mid town" That really made my day.
