Great coffee. Great folks. Their lighter roasts are really exquisite. Guji is my all time favorite.

I've ordered from Lima twice now. The first time it was an Ethiopian single origin (Guji), and after a delightful experience, I ordered two the second time (Kichwa Tembo and Huila).

I've found this to be one of the few companies whose tasting notes accurately capture the flavor profile of the coffee. Sometimes you'll read things on other websites like, "candied oranges, prickly pear, and persimmon," and then when you taste the coffee, it's... coffee. Not so with Lima. When I prepared their Kichwa Tembo for the first time, I was like, "Wow! I'm getting... some kind of fruit, and flowers. Jasmine for sure, and some kind of citrus." I walk over to the bag, read the tasting notes, and to my surprise, "Jasmine, Honey, Grapefruit." Whoever authored those descriptions nailed it.

Don't be afraid to give Lima a try. You'll be glad you did!
