Coffee is amazing. Good is great. Service is exceptional. Why 3 stars? Because you CANNOT honestly call yourself a coffee shop and open at 9. Perhaps a “second” coffee shop though. - EDIT: I'm a dork. A complete dork. Reviewed the mall location not the old town location; revising to 5 stars and taking a break from reviewing. May the google review gods forgive me.

Lima is hands down the best coffee shop in FoCo! The staff are always friendly and the coffee is delicious! Did I mention that it’s the prettiest coffee shop you’ll ever see?! My husband and I are big fans of their coffee beans as well. I can’t speak more highly of this place, so if you haven’t already go check them out!

I have become totally obsessed with Lima recently! Their coffee is fantastic, the decor and ambience is UNBEATABLE, the staff is so friendly, and the owners are super kind and thoughtful. So glad to have a coffee shop that is trendy & still feels like a community! <3

The best little coffee shop in town. The muffins are fresh and delicious. The coffee is hot, smooth, and to-die-for delicious. Staff was outstanding, quick, and very attentive. Conveniently located in the mall. Will definitely be back! A+

I love Lima coffee! For one, their coffee is so incredibly fresh and has a beautiful verity of flavor. Secondly, everyone who works there has always been so sweet and personable. I feel incredibly lucky to work at mall, I go get Lima coffee about 3 or 4 times a week. They remember who I am and just how I like my drinks! Thank you guys for a great experience every time!

What a perfect place to have coffee & visit! My sugar free iced latte was delicious, & Amanda was so friendly. I will spend my money supporting this local business over big coffee chains any day. Their mission to "love people, love coffee" is very evidently lived out well. I tried Lima once or twice when I moved to Fort Collins in December and enjoyed it. However, yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with Amanda, one of the owners, and it sold Lima for me. It was truly one of the most genuine interactions I’ve had with anyone since moving here and meant a lot to me. The coffee was wonderful, the service was wonderful, and the location should NOT make you apprehensive. I was weary of going into the mall just to grab a cup of coffee, but parking is easily accessible and supporting the Lima family is worth the time. I cannot wait to get a bag of beans the next time I go!

I’ve been here more times than I can count and everything has been fantastic! If you are deathly allergic to peanuts, like me, the white chocolate macadamia nut latte might scare you a little and send you into fight or flight. Don’t worry, there aren’t any in it but it does taste almost identical to peanuts. Other than that, amazing coffee and decor at your Old Town location!

I love Lima and their staff. They are always helpful and cheery, and have great recommendations for when you don’t know what to get. My favorite thing to get is a lavender dirty chai. They are very prompt about getting orders out. It’s a cute little place to go in the mall!
