Soapweed Mercantile & Coffee Shop

I was so happy to learn that I had an event to attend in Flagler because I knew I would be able to stop in and visit the coffee shop! It is the absolute coolest atmosphere and the menu is unbeatable—so many selections and variety. I loved the iced coffee I had so much that I stopped in again on my way home to grab a cold creamy lemonade for my drive. Absolutely recommend!

Diving East on I-70 today and stopped in Flagler CO at the Soapweed Mercantile & Coffee Shop... WoW! Had a delicious Bubble Tea and Sausage Roll. They were both Fantastic!! This little shop is charming and the people are super friendly and warm. I will happily spend my money there every time I'm passing through. I highly recommend this place - check it out, you will not be disappointed!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Amazing drinks, the shop itself is beautiful and very tastefuly decorated. The costumer service tho, it's what I would give 100 stars! The ladies running this shop are super friendly, kind and welcoming. They have a great selection of goods for breakfast (the churros are to die for) and lots of items for sell raging from fresh pot plants to home decor and toys. Their mini smoothies and lemonades make a perfect choice for my kids when I go in for my frappucino!

I paused my travels for a quick energy refill at the Soapweed Mercantile and Coffee Shop, and I must say the experience was once in a lifetime. I was introduced to the world of boba and bubble drinks, and let me tell ya it was one of the best drinks I've ever drank in my entire life. Not only that, I was able to buy my girlfriend beautiful jewelry too. It was truly a win win experience. As for the service... IMPECCABLE. I felt welcomed and wanted in there, they didn't treat me as a dollar sign. They take pride in their work to put a smile on your face and you can get a refreshing drink too!!!

Literally stop here everyday! The girls are the sweetest and the drinks are delicious. They have lunch specials and other amazing bites to eat as well. So many cute gifts and plants and jewelry for sale as well, literlly adore this place! A definite must stop on I 70! Thank you girls for being my favorite spot in my favorite little town!

I can’t say enough good things about Soapweed! You can tell customer service is at the top of their priorities, as you are always welcomed with bright smiles and friendly hellos! Every drink that I have tried has been wonderful, and their breakfast goodies and lunches are amazing! I highly recommend!!
