Friendly staff and good ice cream!

Fantastic service and great tasting ice cream. Definitely try the huckleberry! It’s phenomenal. The brownie flavor with brownie pieces, black cherry, and pistachio nut were also great, our family really enjoyed our desserts, nice big brownie pieces 😍

Poor customer service - when we walked in, 2 employees were just having their own conversation. We waited which was the 1st mistake. Very small & stuffy shop. The ice cream was good overall but there are other options in Estes Park that are better & have better customer service. They also basically beg for tips. For scooping one scoop of ice cream? Lets be realistic here.....you are an ice cream shop.

The ice cream flavors sound better than they are. With all the ice cream shops here, there's probably a better option. It's not bad, just pretty average. We were expecting to be blown away by Estes Park ice cream!

Delicious regional confections, my brand new husband sampled their Guiness Stout Ice Cream + their Jack Daniel's Chocolate Chip and he couldn't get enough! Employee was knowledgeable and friendly, as a tourist I'd recommend this shop.

It had high ratings, so I expected it to be good. However, i was very disappointed. Really, how can an ice cream be disappointing? I had asked for chocolate Dodge on my ice cream. They went to the back of the store and brought my ice cream typed with fudge and it was like having two days old chocolate that got stuck on its wrapper. I had to remove it before devouring the ice cream.

The wide variety of flavors to choose from makes it a fun place to visit and get a chance to try all the flavors. Ice cream tastes very good!! The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Hot and claustrophobic store. Great flavors, terrible milkshakes. My milkshake was mostly milk (I have handmade better quality milkshakes with a spoon and a cup). Ice cream flavors are great though but you other stores in town are better.

My favorite place to get ice cream

This place was recommended by a very kind girl from taffy shop. We went there for the ice cream but if you are in a mood for pastry or chocolate, they have thoes selections as well. Their best seller, sleepless coffee chocolate ice cream was to die for😊 Very friendly, too. You won't be disappointed.
