Quesadilla was 10/10! Was nice and quiet around 12:30 PM on a Saturday so we got to sit and enjoy. Very pleasant place to stop for a quick lunch and coffee!

Amazing tacos - grilled cheesy crispy tortillas! Even the rice was noteworthy!

So far this has been the second time I've been here. I must say. Awesome. To all you cyber peeps that like an awesome atmosphere - gotta try this place. Love it. I recommend this establishment.

I came in here for a burrito and a smoothie the burrito was good and the smoothie was total garbage. I ordered a strawberry with raspberry smoothie and there were no berries in it it was just straight chemicals syrup . I appreciate the friendly staff however paying $7 for 25 cents worth of garbage is ridiculous and a total scam and I will not be back.
I also asked if there was anything that you I could have In my breakfast burrito instead of Meat and they said i could have veggies in there. There was no veggies in there it was only egg and cheese which was fine however however I would rather they not tell me I can have veggies and then not put them in there.
These are scam artists and I have no idea why anyone would give them 5 stars. Don't call it berry when there are no berries. Call it a sh!t n sugar slurry which is accurate

Empire’s Edge is a small town coffee shop along US 40 in Empire, CO. We stopped for breakfast on our way up to Loveland for skiing. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely delicious! We chose sausage as our meat and sourdough ciabatta for the bread. Together with the cheese, 2 fried eggs, and chipotle aioli, it made for a fantastic breakfast. I had a side of the breakfast potatoes which were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Super good burritos and breakfast sandwiches! We called it in and it was ready when we got there. Great lattes too.

$4.50 for DRIP COFFEE. It’s like they’re taking advantage of tourists driving through. Look, I get ingredients cost money but that’s taking advantage for the most basic item. The coffee wasn’t even that great.
