We found this amazing little breakfast Cafe while in Elizabeth, CO !
IT Was a TRUE "HIDDEN GEM" with AMAZING KIND, STAFF WHO Are so gracious & fun to be with!! The Breakfast bowls are to die for (we had potato bowl & Brisket bowl!!

The only place to get coffee in town. I love how it is a gathering place for all ages with food and treats for everyone to enjoy. You will receive a warm welcome and great service with a unique feel for a small town community which may soon be lost in today's culture. Try their breakfast burritos!

Amazing place. Greeted by other diners with a friendly hello, though we’ve never been in before. Had smothered burritos and coffee. Truly homemade and absolutely delicious. Coffee does not need sugar, which is always my standard test. Isabel treated us to blueberry white chocolate bread pudding which was so ridiculously good-not too sweet, just right. Driven by for 18 years and somehow never stopped. We will definitely be back.

This is a true hidden gem. Isabel is one of the most hospitable people you will ever meet. She treats her customers like they are in her home. Homemade food and pastries made by her or her daughter. Pro tip...get the breakfast burrito with green chili inside!

No room for 6 stars ... but the BEST QUALITY BLT I have ever had!! I tasted bacon in every bite :) ... the LT also exceptional! Isabel asked if I wanted some "A" with the BLT. "A?" I asked. She said Avocado. YES please. The bread was similar to a bun and very fresh. Very worth going out of the say for. I will be back with a friend or business customer.
