Friendly staff... Great coffee

Great coffee, great atmosphere, fun people, what's not to like? If you prefer the Starbucks vibe, go ahead across the street to Starbucks. And stay there. Please. Independent coffee shops like Kaladi are way better.

I love the atmosphere of this local joint, I have been coming here since my mid-20's and now I get to come here on dates with my kids, so wonderful. I love that they have expanded the indoor setting area. The employees that work here are so welcoming and laid back. Kaladi's definitely has that community feel to it.

Can't understand any review that denigrates the quality of this coffee. I have never had better. I'm lactose intolerant and they have a way with almond milk. The crew is not just friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about coffee and its preparation. If you want great coffee in a warm environment, this is the place.

Quality coffee roaster. I purchased a whole bean Ethiopian, high quality beans and a nice city pushing full city roast. I do wish there were not frozen options for beans. While it's the best way to preserve, not everyone wants to preserve :) I also find that limiting if someone does want to freeze, frozen to thawed to frozen at home isn't the best thing for them.

Normally, Kaladi is my go-to and I recommend it to anyone new to the area. However, the last three times I've been in, I've used one of the $10 prepaid cards. Every time the staff seems flustered about what to do with it. Perhaps they're all new and not properly trained, but overcharging because no cash is being exchanged is unacceptable. I also bought a pound of beans and the staff had no idea that I should get a free $1 drip coffee. It was awkward. The service makes this an unpleasant way to start the day. I'm hesitant to go back or recommend to anyone moving forward.

Kaladi has always had the greatest beans in the past 4-5 years I've been drinking their coffee. Andy, the owner is a delight to talk coffee. I like other beans but will go out of my way to buy Kaladi. Quality speaks volumes! Thank you!

I ordered a dirty chai latte, and at first sip, I was like what!? It was not at all what I expected. Once I decided to embrace change, I took a few more sips, and now no other dirty chai latte will do! This is definitely the best I've ever had! It tasted freshly made, lots of Ginger and spices, it's so completely rocked! If this place was closer to my house they would have that everyday!

Good quality coffee. Like the way they roast their beans opposed to drum roasting. Staff was right down the middle and the atmosphere is lacking. Seating options are limited and there really is no identity to this place. Fills up quickly, so find a place!
